図中、前記図1に示す本発明の実施例1に係る排ガス処理システム10Aと同一構成には同一符号を付して重複した説明は省略する。図2に示すように、本実施例に係る排ガス処理システム10Bは、酸性ガス回収設備21の前流側に、排ガスを冷却する冷却塔19を設置しており、この冷却塔19を循環する冷却水18についても、冷却塔捕集装置31Bにおいて、同様にフィルタにより除去し、鉄系固形物15を含む冷却塔脱離物32Bは、第2の脱離物戻しラインL7を介して鉄鉱石の還元設備14にリサイクルするようにしている。なお、冷却塔捕集装置31Bは、冷却塔19から冷却水18を抜出す抜出ラインL5と、鉄系固形物15を捕集後のろ過液18Aを、冷却塔19に戻すろ過液供給ラインL6と、を備える。

Claims (7)
- 酸化鉄を還元鉄に還元処理する還元設備と、
前記還元設備から排出される少なくとも鉄系固形物と酸性ガスとを含有する排ガスから、酸性ガス吸収液により前記酸性ガスを回収する酸性ガス回収設備と、
前記酸性ガス吸収液中に含まれる鉄系固形物を捕集する回収設備の捕集装置と、
前記捕集装置で捕集した鉄系固形物を脱離し、この脱離された鉄系固形物を含む回収設備脱離物を前記還元設備側に戻す脱離物戻しラインと、を備えることを特徴とする還元設備からの排ガス処理システム。 - 請求項1において、
前記捕集装置は、前記酸性ガス回収設備から酸性ガス吸収液を抜出す抜出ラインと、鉄系固形物を捕集後のろ過液を、前記酸性ガス回収設備に戻すろ過液供給ラインと、を備えることを特徴とする還元設備からの排ガス処理システム。 - 請求項1又は2において、
酸性ガス回収設備の前流側に設けられ、
前記還元設備から排出される少なくとも鉄系固形物と酸性ガスとを含有する排ガスを循環冷却水により冷却する冷却塔と、
前記循環冷却水に含まれる鉄系固形物を捕集する冷却塔の捕集装置と、
前記捕集装置で捕集した鉄系固形物を脱離する冷却塔脱離装置と、
前記冷却塔脱離装置で脱離された鉄系固形物を含む冷却塔脱離物を前記還元設備側に戻す脱離物戻しラインと、を備えることを特徴とする還元設備からの排ガス処理システム。 - 請求項3において、
前記冷却塔脱離装置は、前記冷却塔から冷却水を抜出す抜出ラインと、鉄系固形物を捕集後のろ過液を、前記冷却塔に戻すろ過液供給ラインと、を備えることを特徴とする還元設備からの排ガス処理システム。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つにおいて、
前記回収設備の捕集装置又は前記冷却塔の捕集装置がフィルタを備え、
前記フィルタが、カートリッジフィルタ、プレコートフィルタ、金属スリットフィルタ、金網フィルタ、焼結金属フィルタ、マグネティックフィルタの何れか一つ又はその組み合わせであることを特徴とする還元設備からの排ガス処理システム。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つにおいて、
前記回収設備の捕集装置又は前記冷却塔の捕集装置がフィルタを備え、

前記回収設備の捕集装置又は前記冷却塔の捕集装置がフィルタを備え、
前記フィルタが、マグネティックフィルタであり、
前記マグネティックフィルタの表面にフィルタ濾材を設けると共に、
前記フィルタ濾材が、樹脂で被覆されると共に磁性を有する鉄系化合物粒子であって、磁場を印加した際、前記鉄系化合物粒子が前記マグネティックフィルタの表面に堆積されていることを特徴とする還元設備からの排ガス処理システム。
