Claims (9)
- 内輪の外周面に形成された内輪軌道溝と外輪の内周面に形成された外輪軌道溝間に複数の玉が転動自在に介在するアンギュラ玉軸受であって、前記複数の玉は、隣合う玉間に介在して互いに分離した複数のセパレータ保持器によって保持され、前記玉の接触角が45°ないし65°の範囲内であり、すべての前記玉と前記セパレータ保持器を軸受の周方向に寄せ集めて集合体を形成したとき、この集合体の両端間のすきまが玉の直径の15〜25%であるアンギュラ玉軸受。
- 請求項1に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受において、前記セパレータ保持器は、両側面に前記玉の一部が嵌まり込む凹球面状のポケットを有し、前記ポケットの球面直径が前記玉の玉径の105〜125%であるアンギュラ玉軸受。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受において、前記玉の直径が、前記外輪の外径寸法と前記内輪の内径寸法の差の1/2の68%以上であるアンギュラ玉軸受。
- 請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受において、前記内輪における前記内輪軌道溝よりも内輪背面側の部分である肩部における、外周面と前記内輪軌道溝との境界部に形成された面取りを除いた部分に対する前記内輪軌道溝の最深部の溝深さ、および前記外輪における前記外輪軌道溝よりも外輪背面側の部分である肩部における、内周面と前記外輪軌道溝との境界部に形成された面取りを除いた部分に対する前記外輪軌道溝の最深部の溝深さが、前記玉の直径の47%以上であるアンギュラ玉軸受。
- 請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受において、前記内輪における前記内輪軌道溝よりも背面側の部分の外径寸法、および前記外輪における前記外輪軌道溝よりも背面側の部分の内径寸法が、前記玉のピッチ円径と同じであるアンギュラ玉軸受。
- 請求項3に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受において、前記セパレータ保持器の外径および幅は、隣合う2つの玉の間で前記セパレータ保持器が軸受の径方向から周方向に最大角度傾斜したとき、前記セパレータ保持器の前記径方向の外端部が一方の玉と前記外輪の内面とに接触し、内端部が他方の玉におけるピッチ円よりも内径側の部分に接触するような大きさに設定されているアンギュラ玉軸受。
- 請求項6に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受において、前記セパレータ保持器の外径寸法が玉の直径の75〜85%であり、かつセパレータ保持器の幅寸法が玉の直径の20〜50%であるアンギュラ玉軸受。
- ボールねじの支持に用いられる請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受。
- 請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受にボールねじのねじ軸またはナットが支持されたボールねじ装置。
