Claims (6)
- 軸方向一方側の端面に、動圧溝及び前記動圧溝の周方向間に設けられた丘部を有する動圧軸受において、
前記動圧溝の溝底面が、外径側に向けて軸方向他方側に傾斜した成形面からなり、
前記丘部の頂面が、外径側に向けて軸方向他方側に傾斜した成形面からなることを特徴とする動圧軸受。 - 前記軸方向一方側の端面に形成された全ての前記動圧溝の溝底面が、外径側に向けて軸方向他方側に傾斜した請求項1に記載の動圧軸受。
- 焼結体からなる請求項1又は2に記載の動圧軸受。
- 軸方向他方側の端面に他の動圧溝が設けられ、
前記他の動圧溝の溝底面が、外径側に向けて軸方向一方側に傾斜した成形面からなる請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の動圧軸受。 - 請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の動圧軸受と、前記動圧軸受の内周に挿入された軸部および前記軸部から外径側に突出したフランジ部を有し、前記動圧軸受に対して相対回転する軸部材と、前記動圧軸受の内周面と前記軸部の外周面との間のラジアル軸受隙間に生じる流体圧力で前記軸部材をラジアル方向に相対支持するラジアル軸受部と、前記動圧軸受の軸方向一方側の端面と前記フランジ部の端面との間のスラスト軸受隙間に生じる流体圧力で前記軸部材をスラスト方向に相対支持するスラスト軸受部とを備えた流体動圧軸受装置。
- 請求項5に記載の流体動圧軸受を有するモータ。
