Description
接触するように配される底面を含む。蓋は、使い捨てであり、撮像装置の感光位置と位置合わせされることになる結合ユニットのスポットを含む。蓋は、バルーンにおける開口部から吊るされており、その周囲は、撮像装置で、又は撮像装置の近くで付着している。バルーンは、サンプルを包含するためのガスケットを形成する。結合ユニットは、抗体、アプタマー、試薬、リガンド、酵素、酵素基質、ペプチド毒素、蛍光センサー又はプローブの内の少なくとも一つを含む。蛍光、色、又は、各々のスポットからの他の信号は、スポットの直接的に下である感光位置、又は、それらの感光位置に直接的に隣接した感光位置によってのみ主に検出される。結合ユニットのスポットは、段階的な感度のスポットを含む。スポットは、サンプルの一部における分子検体上の定量的測定を実施することにおける使用に関して較正される。
いくつかの場合には、まあまあ良い画像が、1.4マイクロメートルの間隔によって得られ得、有用な画像は、2.2マイクロメートルの間隔によって達成されてきた。1.1マイクロメートルの間隔を有する装置は、より良い結果を生むと期待され、0.9マイクロメートルの間隔を有するであろう装置は、さらにより良い結果を生むと期待される。画像の分解能は、計算の強化を必要とすることなくセンサーの未加工の分解能と同じであり得る、又は、画像の各寸法に沿って未加工の分解能の少なくとも2倍細かい分解能に達するために、例えば複数の画像を用いて、演算により強化され得る。従って、有用な装置分解能は、例えば、5マイクロメートル以下、3マイクロメートル以下、2マイクロメートル以下、又は1マイクロメートル以下の範囲においてであり得る。

Claims (11)
- 第1の表面で感光位置のアレイを有する感光デバイスと、
前記第1の表面に面する第2の表面を有する蓋を含む構造であって、前記第1の表面及び前記第2の表面が、そこで前記第1の表面及び前記第2の表面の両方が血液サンプルと接触することになり且つ前記第1の表面と前記第2の表面との間の正確に制御された容積を有する前記血液サンプルに関する空間を画定することになる位置、を含む位置の範囲を通って平行に互いへ向かい且つ互いに離れるように移動可能に構成され、
前記感光位置の各々が、前記血液サンプルの二次元画像の少なくとも1つの画像要素に対応し、前記画像が、(a)2μm以下の分解濃度であり、且つ、(b)光を用いて瞬間的に感光素子の前記アレイで撮られる、構造と、
所定の容積に基づいて且つ前記二次元画像から前記血液サンプルの血球計算分析を生成するための格納された指示を実行するように構成されたプロセッサと、
バッテリーと、
前記第1の表面と前記第2の表面との間に介在し、且つ、前記画像が撮られるときに前記第1の表面と第2の表面との間の正確なギャップを維持するように構成されたスペーシングフィーチャと、
を含み、
前記スペーシングフィーチャがマイクロビーズを含む、装置。 - 前記プロセッサが、容積、サイズ、形状、長さ、ルミネッセンス、吸光度、蛍光、散乱、複屈折又は前記血液サンプルにおけるユニットの他の光学特性の内の少なくとも1つを測定するための格納された指示を実行するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記構造が、互いに向かい且つ離れるように前記第1の表面及び前記第2の表面を動かすためのメカニズムを含み、前記メカニズムが、重力メカニズム、磁気メカニズム、ばねメカニズム、モーターメカニズム、圧電材料メカニズム、平行四辺形屈曲メカニズム、側壁摩擦メカニズム、ダッシュポットメカニズム、又はそれらの内の2つ以上の組み合わせ、の内の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 露出される表面へ向かってコリメート光を送達するための照明器を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- ユーザーが前記血球計算分析を制御することを可能にするように構成されたディスプレイを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- ユーザーへ前記血球計算分析の結果を示すように構成されたディスプレイを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 無菌のランセット、染色剤を有する予め測定された希釈剤、及び溶液測定のマイクロピペットを含むキットを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記画像又は前記血球計算分析の結果を運ぶように構成された携帯電話に関する通信結合を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記蓋が、使い捨ての1回使用の要素を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記感光デバイスが、使い捨ての要素を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 一回使用の使い捨ての接触顕微鏡を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
