Description
図1から図4を参照して、実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、電池状態検出装置および電池制御装置に関する。図1は、実施形態に係る電池状態検出装置の回路構成の一例を示す図、図2は、実施形態に係る電池状態検出装置の概略構成を示す平面図、図3は、実施形態に係る電池状態検出装置の具体的な構成の一例を示す平面図である。
実施形態の第1変形例について説明する。図5は、実施形態の第1変形例に係る電池状態検出装置の概略構成を示す斜視図、図6は、実施形態の第1変形例に係る電池状態検出装置の具体的な構成の一例を示す斜視図である。第1変形例の電池状態検出装置1において、上記実施形態と異なる点は、例えば、メインユニット10が、第一基板70と第二基板71とで構成されている点である。第一基板70は、サブユニット20と共通である。メインユニット10の管理機能などは、第二基板71に搭載されている。本実施形態の基板70,71は、例えば、PCB(Printed Circuit Board)等の板状のリジッド基板である。
電圧検出線122は、FFC(Flexible Flat Cable)や被覆電線であってもよい。スタック101,102,103,104,105は、水平方向に列をなすように並べて配置されることに加えて、鉛直方向に列をなすように重ねて積まれてもよい。

Claims (3)
- 複数の電池セルが列をなす電池集合体が複数収容されている電池パックにおける一つの前記電池集合体に配置され、当該電池集合体の状態を検出するメインユニットと、
前記電池パックにおける前記メインユニットの検出対象以外の前記電池集合体に配置され、当該電池集合体の状態を検出するサブユニットと、
複数の前記電池集合体の並び方向に沿って前記メインユニットと前記サブユニットとを接続する第一ケーブルと、
を備え、
前記第一ケーブルは、前記メインユニットと前記サブユニットとを接続する第一通信線と、電源線と、グランド線とを有するフラット配索材であり、
前記メインユニットは、前記第一通信線とは別系統の第二通信線を介して前記電池パックを制御する制御部と接続され、
前記サブユニットは、前記電池集合体の状態を検出する第一基板で構成され、
前記メインユニットは、前記第一基板と、前記第一基板に対して通信可能に接続された第二基板と、で構成され、
前記第一ケーブルは、前記メインユニットの前記第一基板と、各前記サブユニットの前記第一基板とを接続し、
前記第二基板は、前記第二通信線を介して前記制御部と接続され、
前記第二基板は、前記メインユニットの前記第一基板による検出結果に基づいて前記メインユニットの異常を判定し、前記サブユニットの前記第一基板による検出結果に基づいて前記サブユニットの異常を判定する演算部を有する
ことを特徴とする電池状態検出装置。 - 前記メインユニットと前記制御部とが、前記第二通信線を有するフラット配索材である一本の第二ケーブルによって接続される
請求項1に記載の電池状態検出装置。 - それぞれの前記電池集合体は、複数の前記電池セルを接続するバスバと、前記バスバを覆う絶縁性のカバーと、を有し、
前記第一基板および前記第二基板が前記カバーの上面に固定されている
