Claims (11)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
相互積層される複数個のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルを収容するセルハウジングと、
前記セルハウジングの上側を全て覆い、前記複数個のバッテリーセルの正極及び負極のいずれか一つの電極と電気的に接続する上部プレートと、
前記上部プレートと対向して配置され、前記セルハウジングの下側を全て覆い、前記複数個のバッテリーセルの正極及び負極のうち他の一つの電極と電気的に接続する下部プレートと、
前記セルハウジング内に前記複数個のバッテリーセルが部分的に浸るように満たされ、前記複数個のバッテリーセルの冷却をガイドするための相変化物質と
を含み、
前記上部プレートによって前記セルハウジングを密封して前記セルハウジング内の前記相変化物質の蒸発を防止するように、前記上部プレートの縁部が前記セルハウジングの縁部とシーミング接合され、且つ、前記シーミング接合される縁部で絶縁処理されることを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記上部プレートの上側に装着され、前記複数個のセルを冷却するためのヒートシンクを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記相変化物質は、前記複数個のバッテリーセルの温度上昇時に気化して前記上部プレート側へ移動し、前記ヒートシンクによって液化して前記下部プレート側へ移動することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記セルハウジング内で前記複数個のバッテリーセルの移動を防止できるように前記複数個のバッテリーセルを固定する少なくとも一つのセル固定部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記セル固定部材は、一対で設けられ、
前記一対のセル固定部材は、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの上部が挿入され、前記セルハウジングの内部における上側に固定される上側セル固定部材と、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの下部が挿入され、前記セルハウジングの内部における下側に固定される下側セル固定部材と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記上側セル固定部材及び前記下側セル固定部材には、前記複数個のバッテリーセルの挿入のための複数個のセル挿入孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上部プレートは、前記複数個のバッテリーセルのいずれか一つの電極と溶接結合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記下部プレートは、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの他の一つの電極と溶接結合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数個のバッテリーセルは、
円筒状の二次電池であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケースと、を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 請求項10に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーパックを含むことを特徴とする自動車。
