Claims (13)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
相互積層される複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルを収容するセルハウジングと、
前記セルハウジング内に前記複数のバッテリーセルが部分的に浸るように満たされ、前記複数のバッテリーセルの冷却をガイドするための相変化物質と、
前記セルハウジングの上側を全て覆い、層状構造の電極接続層を介して前記複数のバッテリーセルの電極と電気的に接続するカバーバスバーと、を含み、
前記カバーバスバーによって前記セルハウジングを密封して前記セルハウジング内の前記相変化物質の蒸発を防止するように、前記カバーバスバーの縁部が前記セルハウジングの縁部と結合されることを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記カバーバスバーが、前記電極接続層及び前記電極接続層の絶縁のための絶縁層の層状構造からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記電極接続層が、前記絶縁層の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記カバーバスバーが、
前記カバーバスバーの下側をなし、前記複数のバッテリーセルに対向する第1絶縁層と、
前記第1絶縁層の上側に配置され、前記複数のバッテリーセルの正極及び負極のいずれか一つの電極と電気的に接続する第1電極接続層と、
前記第1電極接続層の上側に配置される第2絶縁層と、
前記第2絶縁層の上側に配置され、前記複数のバッテリーセルの正極及び負極のうち他の一つの電極と電気的に接続する第2電極接続層と、
前記第2電極接続層の上側に配置され、前記カバーバスバーの上側をなす第3絶縁層と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1電極接続層及び前記第2電極接続層が、フレキシブル印刷回路基板として備えられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第1電極接続層及び前記第2電極接続層の少なくとも一つの縁部には、絶縁パターンが設けられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記カバーバスバーの縁部が、前記セルハウジングの縁部とシーミング接合されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記セルハウジング及び前記カバーバスバーの少なくとも一つに装着され、前記複数のバッテリーセルを冷却するためのヒートシンクを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記相変化物質が、前記複数のバッテリーセルの温度上昇時に気化して前記カバーバスバー側へ移動し、前記ヒートシンクによって液化して前記セルハウジングの下側へ移動することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記セルハウジングの内壁の上側には、前記液化した前記相変化物質の前記セルハウジングの下側への移動をガイドするガイドリブが備えられることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数のバッテリーセルが、円筒状の二次電池であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 少なくとも一つの、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケースと、を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 少なくとも一つの、請求項12に記載のバッテリーパックを含むことを特徴とする自動車。
