Claims (4)
- 雄ねじ型の軸体によって構成されたロータと、
前記ロータを挿通可能な雌ねじ型の貫通孔を備えた弾性体からなるステータと、
駆動源から入力された回転動力を前記ロータに伝達するための動力伝達機構部とを備えており、
前記動力伝達機構部が、前記ロータの軸線方向に対して交差する方向への可撓性を有する連結部材を備えており、前記ステータの内側において自転しつつ前記ステータの内周面に沿うように公転するように前記ロータを偏心回転させることが可能なものであり、
前記貫通孔が、前記ステータの軸線を横断する横断面において、長円状の開口領域を構成するように開口したものであり、
前記開口領域の長手方向中間部において前記開口領域の短手方向内側に向けて膨出した膨出部が、前記ステータの軸方向の一端側から他端側の全領域に亘って設けられており、
前記連結部材が、フレキシブルロッドあるいはフレキシブルワイヤであり、
前記膨出部が、前記フレキシブルロッドあるいはフレキシブルワイヤの復元力の影響によってロータの姿勢が崩れるのを抑制することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプ。 - 前記ステータが、前記駆動源側に位置する基端部と、前記駆動源とは反対側に位置する先端部とを有し、
前記膨出部が、少なくとも前記ステータの前記基端部側の領域に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプ。 - 前記ステータが、前記駆動源側に位置する基端部と、前記駆動源とは反対側に位置する先端部とを有し、
前記膨出部の膨出量が、前記先端部側の領域よりも、前記基端部側の領域において大きいことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプ。 - 前記ステータが、前記駆動源側に位置する基端部と、前記駆動源とは反対側に位置する先端部とを有し、
前記膨出部の膨出量が、前記先端部側から前記基端部側に向かうに連れて漸次増加していることを特徴とする1〜3のいずれかに記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプ。
