Claims (7)
- 駆動機の動力により回転する駆動側回転部と、
雄ねじ型の軸体によって構成されたロータと、
前記ロータを挿通可能であって内周面が雌ねじ型に形成されたステータと、
前記ロータが前記ステータの内側において自転しつつ、前記ステータの内周面に沿って公転するように偏心回転可能なように前記駆動側回転部と前記ロータとを接続し前記駆動機の回転動力を伝達する軸継手とを有し、
前記軸継手が、
撓み軸継手によって構成されており、
軸線方向への弾性力を有し、
溝をらせん状に形成したバネ状の部位が設けられており、
らせん状に形成された溝の終端部分において、前記バネ状の部位に対して前記軸継手の軸線方向内側に向かわず、軸線方向外側に向かって他の部位よりも溝の幅を拡大した応力拡散部が設けられており、
前記軸継手の全体において、径の大きさが、前記駆動側回転部及び前記ロータのいずれか一方又は双方の径以上であり、
前記駆動側回転部及び前記ロータの少なくともいずれか一方と、前記軸継手とが、前記軸継手の軸線方向に延びる連結ピンを介して連結されていることを特徴とする一軸偏心ねじポンプ。 - 駆動機の動力により回転する駆動側回転部と、
雄ねじ型の軸体によって構成されたロータと、
前記ロータを挿通可能であって内周面が雌ねじ型に形成されたステータと、
前記ロータが前記ステータの内側において自転しつつ、前記ステータの内周面に沿って公転するように偏心回転可能なように前記駆動側回転部と前記ロータとを接続し前記駆動機の回転動力を伝達する軸継手とを有し、
前記軸継手が、
前記ロータの軸線方向への弾性力を有し、前記軸線方向に対して交差する方向への撓みを許容しつつ、前記軸線周り方向への捻れを抑制可能な撓み軸継手であり、
溝をらせん状に形成したバネ状の部位が設けられており、
らせん状に形成された溝の終端部分において、前記バネ状の部位に対して前記軸継手の軸線方向内側に向かわず、軸線方向外側に向かって他の部位よりも溝の幅を拡大した応力拡散部が設けられており、
前記軸継手の全体において、径の大きさが、前記駆動側回転部及び前記ロータのいずれか一方又は双方の径以上であり、
前記駆動側回転部及び前記ロータの少なくともいずれか一方と、前記軸継手とが、前記軸継手の軸線方向に延びる連結ピンを介して連結されていることを特徴とする一軸偏心ねじポンプ。 - 前記軸継手の長手方向の少なくとも一部の弾性係数が、他部の弾性係数以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプ。
- 前記軸継手が、前記駆動側回転部に接続される駆動側接続端と、前記ロータ側に接続されるロータ側接続端とを有し、
前記駆動側接続端及び前記ロータ側接続端の弾性係数が、前記駆動側接続端及び前記ロータ側接続端の中間部以下であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプ。 - 前記軸継手が、前記駆動側回転部に接続される駆動側接続端と、前記ロータ側に接続されるロータ側接続端とを有し、
前記駆動側接続端及び前記ロータ側接続端の弾性係数が、前記駆動側接続端及び前記ロータ側接続端の中間部以上であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプ。 - 前記駆動側接続端及び前記ロータ側接続端の中間部が、柱状あるいは筒状とされており、
前記駆動側接続端及び前記ロータ側接続端のいずれか一方又は双方が、コイルバネ状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプ。 - 前記ステータの内周面に対して前記ロータの外周面が線接触することにより流体搬送路が形成されるものであり、
前記ロータ側から前記駆動機側に向けて作用する荷重が所定の大きさを超えることを条件として、前記ロータの前記駆動機側への移動が許容され、前記ロータ及び前記ステータの線接触が解除されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプ。
