Abstract
【解決手段】一軸偏心ねじポンプ10は、駆動機80の動力により回転する動力伝達部72と、雄ねじ型の軸体によって構成されたロータ60と、ロータ60を挿通可能であって内周面52が雌ねじ型に形成されたステータ50と、ロータ60がステータ50の内側において自転しつつ、ステータ50の内周面52に沿って公転するように偏心回転可能なように動力伝達部72とロータ60とを接続する軸継手76とを有する。軸継手76は、撓み軸継手によって構成されており、軸線方向への弾性力を有する。

Claims (8)
- 駆動機の動力により回転する駆動側回転部と、
雄ねじ型の軸体によって構成されたロータと、
前記ロータを挿通可能であって内周面が雌ねじ型に形成されたステータと、
前記ロータが前記ステータの内側において自転しつつ、前記ステータの内周面に沿って公転するように偏心回転可能なように前記駆動側回転部と前記ロータとを接続する軸継手とを有し、
前記軸継手が、撓み軸継手によって構成されており、軸線方向への弾性力を有することを特徴とする一軸偏心ねじポンプ。 - 駆動機の動力により回転する駆動側回転部と、
雄ねじ型の軸体によって構成されたロータと、
前記ロータを挿通可能であって内周面が雌ねじ型に形成されたステータと、
前記ロータが前記ステータの内側において自転しつつ、前記ステータの内周面に沿って公転するように偏心回転可能なように前記駆動側回転部と前記ロータとを接続する軸継手とを有し、
前記軸継手が、前記ロータの軸線方向への弾性力を有し、前記軸線方向に対して交差する方向への撓みを許容しつつ、前記軸線周り方向への捻れを抑制可能であることを特徴とする一軸偏心ねじポンプ。 - 前記軸継手の長手方向の少なくとも一部の弾性係数が、他部の弾性係数以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプ。
- 前記軸継手が、前記駆動側回転部に接続される駆動側接続端と、前記ロータ側に接続されるロータ側接続端とを有し、
前記駆動側接続端及び前記ロータ側接続端の弾性係数が、前記駆動側接続端及び前記ロータ側接続端の中間部以下であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプ。 - 前記軸継手が、前記駆動側回転部に接続される駆動側接続端と、前記ロータ側に接続されるロータ側接続端とを有し、
前記駆動側接続端及び前記ロータ側接続端の弾性係数が、前記駆動側接続端及び前記ロータ側接続端の中間部以上であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプ。 - 前記駆動側接続端及び前記ロータ側接続端の中間部が、柱状あるいは筒状とされており、
前記駆動側接続端及び前記ロータ側接続端のいずれか一方又は双方が、コイルバネ状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプ。 - 前記軸継手の径が、前記駆動側回転部及び前記ロータのいずれか一方又は双方の径以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプ。
- 前記ステータの内周面に対して前記ロータの外周面が線接触することにより流体搬送路が形成されるものであり、
前記ロータ側から前記駆動機側に向けて作用する荷重が所定の大きさを超えることを条件として、前記ロータの前記駆動機側への移動が許容され、前記ロータ及び前記ステータの線接触が解除されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の一軸偏心ねじポンプ
