Claims (3)
- 回転軸に対して同軸の回転軸部材側ネジ部を有する回転軸部材と、
前記回転軸部材を回転する駆動部と、
一端部と他端部と前記回転軸部材側ネジ部に対して螺合する移動軸部材側ネジ部とを有する移動軸部材と、
前記移動軸部材の一端部側と荷重を作用させる対象となる作用対象物とを接続する接続部材と、
ハウジングと前記ハウジングに接続する自由端を有するバネ部材とセンサ要素とを有する荷重センサと、
前記移動軸部材の回転を抑制する回転抑制部と、
を備えた荷重負荷装置であって、
前記移動軸部材の他端部は、前記荷重センサの前記ハウジングを押圧する押圧部を有し、
前記移動軸部材は、前記駆動部の駆動によって軸方向に移動することで、前記接続部材に荷重を負荷するとともに、前記押圧部が前記荷重センサの前記ハウジングを押圧し、
前記移動軸部材の押圧による前記ハウジングの移動によって前記センサ要素が移動することで前記移動軸部材による荷重が検知される
荷重負荷装置。 - 前記荷重センサの前記ハウジングは、前記移動軸部材の軸方向の一方側と他方側とに、前記移動軸部材が貫通する開口部をそれぞれ有し、
前記移動軸部材は、一方側の前記開口部から他方側の前記開口部へと延びて前記ハウジングを貫通して、前記押圧部が他方側において前記ハウジングと接続し、
前記荷重センサは、前記移動軸部材の前記一方側への移動によって前記押圧部が前記ハウジングを押圧することで前記バネ部材の付勢力に抗して前記一方側に移動し、前記移動軸部材の前記他方側への移動によって前記押圧部の押圧が解除されることによって前記ハウジングが前記他方側へ移動する
請求項1に記載の荷重負荷装置。 - 前記移動軸部材は、前記一方側に設けられた一方側移動軸部材と、前記他方側に設けられた他方側移動軸部材とを有し、
前記回転軸部材の前記回転軸部材側ネジ部は、前記一方側移動軸部材と螺合する一方側回転ネジ部と、前記他方側移動軸部材と螺合する他方側回転ネジ部とを有し、
前記荷重センサの前記ハウジングの前記開口部は、前記回転軸部材と前記移動軸部材の前記押圧部とが近接する方向に前記回転軸部材が移動したときに、前記回転軸部材が挿入されることが可能な大きさを有する、
請求項2に記載の荷重負荷装置。
