Description
請求項2に記載の発明は、請求項1に記載のスクリュにおいて、前記スクリュには前記第1のステージと前記第2のステージの間に樹脂の逆流を防止する所定のシール構造が設けられていることを特徴とする発泡成形用の射出成形機のスクリュとして構成される。
請求項3に記載の発明は、請求項1または2に記載のスクリュにおいて、前記スクリュの前記第2のステージにおいて前記飢餓区間の上流側に該飢餓区間に隣接して降圧緩和区間が設けられ、前記降圧緩和区間は、フライト間のスクリュ溝が浅い浅溝部が少なくとも軸方向に2カ所以上形成されていることを特徴とする射出成形機のスクリュとして構成される。
請求項4に記載の発明は、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のスクリュを備え、前記加熱シリンダは、前記飢餓区間に対応する所定の位置に不活性ガスを注入する注入口が設けられていることを特徴とする射出成形機として構成される。

Claims (4)
- スクリュの形状によって、その後方から前方にかけて加熱シリンダ内が第1のステージと第2のステージとに区分され、前記第1のステージには樹脂が圧縮されるようになっている第1の圧縮区間が、そして前記第2のステージには樹脂の圧力が低下するようになっている飢餓区間と該飢餓区間の下流において樹脂が圧縮されるようになっている第2の圧縮区間とが形成され、前記飢餓区間において不活性ガスが注入されるようになっている射出成形機のスクリュであって、
前記スクリュにおいて前記第1の圧縮区間には、メインフライトと該メインフライトよりリード角が大きいサブフライトの組合わせからなるバリアフライトが形成され、前記第2のステージには前記飢餓区間とその下流側において2条以上の多条フライトが設けられていることを特徴とする発泡成形用の射出成形機のスクリュ。 - 請求項1に記載のスクリュにおいて、前記スクリュには前記第1のステージと前記第2のステージの間に樹脂の逆流を防止する所定のシール構造が設けられていることを特徴とする発泡成形用の射出成形機のスクリュ。
- 請求項1または2に記載のスクリュにおいて、前記スクリュの前記第2のステージにおいて前記飢餓区間の上流側に該飢餓区間に隣接して降圧緩和区間が設けられ、前記降圧緩和区間は、フライト間のスクリュ溝が浅い浅溝部が少なくとも軸方向に2カ所以上形成されていることを特徴とする射出成形機のスクリュ。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のスクリュを備え、前記加熱シリンダは、前記飢餓区間に対応する所定の位置に不活性ガスを注入する注入口が設けられていることを特徴とする射出成形機。
