Description
前記開閉板(100)他側面に1つ以上を具備し、前記第1弾性部材(400、400`)の他側面が停止するように、第2弾性部材停止部(211,211`)が形成される接触突出部(210、210`)がそれぞれ形成され、前記接触突出部(210、210')内部には、連結ユニット(400、400`)を挿入するように連結部(220、220`)がそれぞれ形成されるシャフト連結バー(200)と、
前記第1弾性部材停止部(120、120`)と第2弾性部材停止部(211,211`)の間にそれぞれ具備して、前記開閉板(100)とシャフト連結バー(200)が弾性的に連結することをガイドする第1弾性部材(300、300`)と、前記連結部(220,220`)にそれぞれ挿入して、前記開閉板(100)の他側面と連結する連結ユニット(400、400`)と、で構成されることを特徴とする真空バルブ用ブレードに関する。
前記開閉板(100)他側面に1つ以上具備し、前記第1弾性部材(400、400`)の他側面が停止するように、第2弾性部材停止部(211,211`)が形成される接触突出部(210,210`)がそれぞれ形成され、前記接触突出部(210,210`)内部には、連結ユニット(400、400`)を挿入するように連結部(220、220`)がそれぞれ形成されるシャフト連結バー(200)と、
前記第1弾性部材停止部(120、120`)と第2弾性部材停止部(211、211`)の間にそれぞれ具備して、前記開閉板(100)とシャフト連結バー(200)が弾性的に連結されることをガイドする第1弾性部材(300、300`)と、
前記連結部(220、220`)にそれぞれ挿入して、前記開閉板(100)の他側面に連結される連結ユニット(400、400`)と、で構成されることを特徴とする。
シャフト連結バー(200)、連結ユニット(400、400`)で構成される。
前記ヘッド部(410,410`)は、前記開閉板(100)の他側面に固定する前記連結突起部(420、420`)の他側に形成されることにより、前記シャフト連結バー(200)の移動を制限する役割をする。
Claims (3)
- バルブハウジング(10)内部の移動空間(11)に具備し、駆動部材(30)の作動可否によって、移動通路部(12)を開閉させる真空バルブ用ブレード(1)において、板形状に形成されて、一側面が前記移動通路部(12)と接触し、他側面にネジ結合部(110,110`)がそれぞれ形成され、前記ネジ結合部(110、110`)の外側周囲には、第1弾性部材(300、300`)の一側面に停止されるように、第1弾性部材停止部(120、120`)がそれぞれ形成される開閉板(100)と、
前記開閉板(100)の他側面に1つ以上具備し、前記第1弾性部材(300、300`)の他側面が停止されるように、第2弾性部材停止部(211,211`)が形成される接触突出部(210、210`)がそれぞれ形成されるシャフト連結バー(200)と、
前記第1弾性部材停止部(120、120`)と第2弾性部材停止部(211、211`)の間にそれぞれ具備し、前記開閉板(100)と前記シャフト連結バー(200)が弾性的に連結されることをガイドする前記第1弾性部材(300、300`)と、
前記シャフト連結バー(200)に結合し、前記開閉板(100)の他側面に連結される連結ユニット(400、400`)と、で構成され、
前記連結ユニット(400、400')は、ネジ頭形状のヘッド部(410,410`)と、前記ヘッド部(410,410`)の一側に形成され、前記開閉板(100)の他側面と接触される連結突起部(420、420`)が形成され、前記ヘッド部(410、410`)と連結突起部(420、420`)内側には、結合ボルト(440、440`)を挿入するように結合部(430、430`)が形成され、前記結合部(430、430')に挿入した状態で、前記ネジ結合部(110、110')に結合し、前記開閉板(100)と前記シャフト連結バー(200)を連結する結合ボルト(440、440`)を具備し、連結部(220、220`)の内側面には、前記連結ユニット(400、400`)を、前記連結部(220、220`)に挿入した状態で、前記ヘッド部(410、410`)を支持するように段係止部(221、221`)が形成され、
前記段係止部(221,221`)の内側には、前記連結突起部(420,420`)を挿入するように連結挿入孔(222、222`)が形成されることを特徴とする真空バルブ用ブレード(1)。 - 前記連結挿入孔(222、222`)の直径(D1)は、前記連結突起部(420、420`)の直径(dl)より大きく形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空バルブ用ブレード(1)。
- 前記段係止部(221、221`)には、第2弾性部材(500、500`)の一側面が停止するように、第3弾性部材停止部(221a、221a`)が形成され、
前記第3弾性部材停止部(221a、221a`)と前記ヘッド部(410,410`)の一側の間には、前記シャフト連結バー(200)と前記連結ユニット(400、400`)が弾性的に連結されるように、第2弾性部材(500、500`)を具備することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の真空バルブ用ブレード(1)。
