Claims (8)
- エンジン(42)のクランク軸(43)と互いにトルクを伝達可能に設けられた回転電機(21)と、前記回転電機の相ごとの通電及び遮断を行う複数のスイッチング素子(Sp,Sn)と、前記複数のスイッチング素子を制御することにより、前記回転電機の動作を制御する制御装置(23)と、前記スイッチング素子の温度を素子温度として検出する第一温度検出部(24)と、を備える機電一体型の回転電機ユニット(16)であって、
前記制御装置の温度を装置温度として検出する第二温度検出部(29)を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記第一温度検出部により検出された前記素子温度が前記スイッチング素子に対して設定される素子設定温度よりも高くなることを抑制し、且つ、前記第二温度検出部により検出された前記装置温度が前記制御装置に対して設定される装置設定温度よりも高くなることを抑制するように、前記スイッチング素子を制御し、
前記素子設定温度及び前記装置設定温度よりも低く設定された基準温度から前記素子設定温度までの範囲に対して、前記基準温度から前記素子温度までの範囲が占める割合としての素子割合と、前記基準温度から前記装置設定温度までの範囲に対して、前記基準温度から前記装置温度までの範囲が占める割合としての装置割合とのうち、より高い値である対象割合に基づいて、前記スイッチング素子を制御する回転電機ユニット。 - 前記制御装置は、前記対象割合が所定割合よりも高くなったことを条件として、前記対象割合に基づいて、前記スイッチング素子を制御する請求項1に記載の回転電機ユニット。
- 前記対象割合が前記素子割合である場合、前記所定割合は、前記素子温度が、前記素子設定温度よりも所定温度低い温度となる割合であり、
前記対象割合が前記装置割合である場合、前記所定割合は、前記装置温度が、前記装置設定温度よりも所定温度低い温度となる割合である請求項2に記載の回転電機ユニット。 - 前記回転電機は、前記エンジンの前記クランク軸の回転により発電する発電機能を有し、
前記制御装置は、前記回転電機により前記発電が実施されている期間中に、前記対象割合が所定割合よりも高くなったことを条件として、前記回転電機による発電量を、前記対象割合が前記所定割合よりも高くなる直前の前記発電量よりも少なくなるように前記スイッチング素子を制御する請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機ユニット。 - 前記回転電機は、前記エンジンの前記クランク軸に回転トルクを付与するトルク付与機能を有し、
前記制御装置は、前記回転電機により前記クランク軸に前記回転トルクが付与されている期間中に、前記対象割合が所定割合よりも高くなったことを条件として、前記回転電機による前記クランク軸への前記回転トルクの付与を停止するように、前記スイッチング素子を制御する請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機ユニット。 - 前記素子設定温度は、前記スイッチング素子が破損すると想定される温度として設定され、
前記装置設定温度は、前記制御装置が破損すると想定される温度として設定される請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機ユニット。 - 前記制御装置は、前記エンジンを制御するエンジン制御部(40)に前記対象割合を送信する請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機ユニット。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機ユニット(16)と、
エンジン(42)と、
前記エンジン及び前記回転電機ユニットの動作を制御する制御部(40)と、
を備え、前記制御部は、前記エンジンの自動停止及び自動再始動を実施する自動停止再始動機能を有しており、前記回転電機は、前記エンジンの前記クランク軸の回転により発電する発電機能を有しており、前記制御部により前記自動再始動が実施された後に前記回転電機による発電が実施される車両であって、
前記制御部は、前記対象割合が所定割合よりも高くなった場合に、前記自動停止再始動機能の動作を禁止する車両。
