Claims (14)
- 造形水槽であって、
槽本体と型離れシートとを備え、
前記槽本体は、底板と槽壁とを有し、前記底板の一主面である内底面に少なくとも1つの嵌合構造が形成され、前記槽壁は、前記内底面から延伸して前記底板の周縁を囲むようになっており、
前記型離れシートは、前記内底面上に設置されて、前記嵌合構造に嵌合され、
前記嵌合構造は、フック部を備え、当該フック部に前記型離れシートが嵌合されていることを特徴とする造形水槽。 - 請求項1に記載の造形水槽において、
前記嵌合構造は、前記内底面から突出するとともに前記型離れシートが嵌入される突出部を備え、前記フック部は、横方向へ突出するように前記突出部の側面に形成されていることを特徴とする造形水槽。 - 請求項1に記載の造形水槽において、
前記嵌合構造は、前記底板の前記内底面から凹む凹孔を備え、当該凹孔に前記型離れシートが嵌入されていることを特徴とする造形水槽。 - 請求項3に記載の造形水槽において、
前記凹孔は、逆円錐状に形成され、前記フック部は、前記凹孔の内側壁から突出するように形成されていることを特徴とする記載の造形水槽。 - 請求項3に記載の造形水槽において、
前記底板の他主面は、前記内底面と対向する外底面であり、前記凹孔は、前記底板を貫通しており、当該凹孔の底部を塞ぐように、前記外底面に外蓋板が重なって設置されていることを特徴とする造形水槽。 - 請求項1に記載の造形水槽において、
前記底板の内底面に、前記嵌合構造と連通する導流錐形孔が形成され、前記型離れシートは、前記導流錐形孔を通り抜けて前記嵌合構造に嵌入されていることを特徴する造形水槽。 - 請求項1に記載の造形水槽において、
前記嵌合構造によって、前記底板と前記型離れシートとの間の非平面と平面との接合が実現されていることを特徴とする造形水槽。 - 立体印刷装置であって、
槽本体と型離れシートと造形台とを備え、
前記槽本体は、底板と槽壁とを有し、前記底板の一主面である内底面に少なくとも1つの嵌合構造が形成され、前記槽壁は、前記内底面から延伸して前記底板の周縁を囲むようになっており、
前記型離れシートは、前記内底面上に設置されて前記嵌合構造に嵌合され、
前記造形台は、前記内底面に対して昇降移動できるように、前記底板上に吊設され、
前記嵌合構造は、フック部を備え、当該フック部に前記型離れシートが嵌合されていることを特徴とする立体印刷装置。 - 請求項8に記載の立体印刷装置において、
前記嵌合構造は、前記内底面から突出するとともに前記型離れシートが嵌入される突出部を備え、前記フック部は、横方向へ突出するように前記突出部の側面に形成されていることを特徴とする立体印刷装置。 - 請求項8に記載の立体印刷装置において、
前記嵌合構造は、前記底板の前記内底面から凹む凹孔を備え、当該凹孔に前記型離れシートが嵌入されていることを特徴とする立体印刷装置。 - 請求項10に記載の立体印刷装置において、
前記凹孔は、逆円錐状に形成され、前記フック部は、前記凹孔の内側壁から突出するように形成されていることを特徴とする立体印刷装置。 - 請求項10に記載の立体印刷装置において、
前記底板の他主面は、前記内底面と対向する外底面であり、前記凹孔は、前記底板を貫通しており、当該凹孔の底部を塞ぐように、前記外底面に外蓋板が重なって設置されていることを特徴とする立体印刷装置。 - 請求項8に記載の立体印刷装置において、
前記底板の内底面に、前記嵌合構造と連通する導流錐形孔が形成され、前記型離れシートは、前記導流錐形孔を通り抜けて前記嵌合構造に嵌入されていることを特徴とする立体印刷装置。 - 請求項8に記載の立体印刷装置において、
前記嵌合構造によって、前記底板と前記型離れシートとの間の非平面と平面との接合が実現されていることを特徴とする立体印刷装置。
