Description
−製造されるべき結合部材の厚みに合わせて厚みが調整された平板体を製造するための鋳型に流動性のあるエラストマー配合物またはその成分が充填され、
−形状安定的なエラストマーをなすように硬化され、
−平板体から個々の結合部材が分離される。
Claims (13)
- エラストマーから光学結合部材(48)を製造する方法において、
製造されるべき結合部材(48)の厚み(46)に合わせて厚み(44)が調整された平板体(42)を製造するための鋳型(16)に流動性のあるエラストマー配合物またはその成分を充填し、
形状安定的なエラストマーをなすように硬化させ、
前記平板体(42)から個々の結合部材(48)を分離する
ステップを含む方法であって、
流動性のあるエラストマー配合物またはその成分を鋳型に充填する量を制御することにより、前記平板体(42)の厚みを制御する
方法。 - 前記平板体(42)が前記鋳型(16)の中に配置されている間に分離が行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記鋳型(16)の底面(36)の底面区域(62)が分離され、前記底面区域(62)は前記結合部材(48)の下面(68)のための前記結合部材(48)から取り外し可能な保護部材(70)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記底面区域(62)と前記結合部材(48)は同一の大きさの面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記底面区域(62)は少なくとも1つの取扱区域(64)をもって前記結合部材(48)から平面状に突き出すことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 打ち抜き、ウォータージェット切断、またはレーザビーム切断によって分離が行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記結合部材(48)から取り外し可能な保護部材としての保護フィルムが前記結合部材(48)の上面(66)のために利用されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記保護部材は前記結合部材(48)からの前記保護部材の取り外しを容易にするグリップ区域を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- エラストマーから光学結合部材(48)を製造する装置(10)において、
製造されるべき結合部材(48)の厚み(46)に合わせて厚み(44)が調整された平板体(42)を製造するために流動性のあるエラストマー配合物またはその成分を充填するための鋳型(16)と、前記平板体(42)から個々の結合部材(48)を分離するための分離工具(50)とを含み、
前記分離工具(50)は打ち抜き工具(52)であって、
前記打ち抜き工具(52)は打ち抜き方向(58)で見て互いにオフセットされた2つの打ち抜き部材(54,56)を有しており、第1の打ち抜き部材(54)は前記平板体(42)から結合部材(48)を少なくとも割合に応じて分離する役目を果たし、第2の打ち抜き部材(56)は前記平板体(42)を分断するとともに、前記鋳型(16)の底面(36)の底面区域(62)を分離する役目を果たすことを特徴とする、
装置(10)。 - エラストマーから光学結合部材(48)を製造する装置(10)において、
製造されるべき結合部材(48)の厚み(46)に合わせて厚み(44)が調整された平板体(42)を製造するために流動性のあるエラストマー配合物またはその成分を充填するための鋳型(16)と、前記平板体(42)から個々の結合部材(48)を分離するための分離工具(50)と、前記鋳型(16)を水平方向の平面でアライメントするためのアライメント装置(12)と、を有する装置(10)。 - 前記鋳型(16)はプラスチック材料から製作されていることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記第2の打ち抜き部材(56)の打ち抜き輪郭(78,82)は前記第1の打ち抜き部材(54)の打ち抜き輪郭(72,80)から平面状に突き出すことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記装置(10)は前記鋳型(16)を設置面で固定するための吸着装置(14)を有することを特徴とする、請求項9から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の装置(10)。
