図9〔FIG.9〕〜図11〔FIG.11C〕は第7実施形態の改質器の構成を説明する図であり、図12〔FIG.12A,12B,12C〕および図13〔FIG.13A,13B,13C〕は、第7実施形態の変形例に相当する第8および第9実施形態の改質器を示す図である。
また、図14〔FIG.14〕および図15〔FIG.15A,15B〕は第10実施形態の改質器、図16〔FIG.16〕および図17〔FIG.17A,17B〕は第11実施形態の改質器、を示す図である。
そして、図18〔FIG.18A,18B〕は、第7実施形態の他の例に相当する第12実施形態の改質器を示す図である。
収納容器41の中央部に、図1にて説明したセルスタック装置20が収納されている。なお、セルスタック装置20の下側には、内部断熱材(底部断熱材)9が配設されている。セルスタック装置20は、図1にて示したセルスタック装置10と同様の構成であるため、同一部分についての説明は割愛する。

Claims (15)
- 原燃料と水とが導入されて改質反応を行う、水平方向に延びた筒状の改質器本体を有し、
前記改質器本体の内部に、水蒸気を発生させる気化部と、該気化部で発生した水蒸気を原燃料と反応させて改質ガスを生成する改質部と、を備え、
前記改質器本体に原燃料を導入する原燃料導入管と、
前記改質器本体に水を導入する水流路を内部に有する水導入管と、を含み、
前記原燃料導入管は、前記水導入管の内部に位置しており、前記原燃料導入管と前記水導入管との間が水流路とされており、
前記気化部および前記水導入管の少なくとも一方において、前記気化部での水の気化を促進するための気化促進部を備えており、
前記原燃料導入管と前記水導入管との間である前記水流路は、該水流路の軸線方向に水が流過することを抑制する流過抑制部を含み、該流過抑制部が前記気化促進部である改質器。 - 前記流過抑制部は、前記水流路における水の流過方向の下流側端部に位置している請求項1に記載の改質器。
- 前記流過抑制部に対応する部分における前記水流路の流路断面積は、前記流過抑制部より水の流過方向上流側の該水流路の流路断面積よりも小さい請求項1または2に記載の改質器。
- 前記流過抑制部は、前記水流路の軸線方向に挿入された流過抵抗部材を有する請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の改質器。
- 前記流過抵抗部材が、螺旋状部材である請求項4に記載の改質器。
- 前記気化促進部が、前記気化部内に配置されて該気化部に導入される水を前記気化部内に拡散させる水拡散部材である請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の改質器。
- 前記水拡散部材が、前記改質器本体の内面に沿って配置されている請求項6に記載の改質器。
- 前記気化促進部が、前記水導入管における前記気化部に臨む部分に配設されて該気化部に導入される水を霧化させる霧化部材である請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の改質器。
- 前記霧化部材は、前記水導入管における先端から前記気化部内に突出して配置されている請求項8に記載の改質器。
- 前記水拡散部材、前記霧化部材または前記流過抵抗部材が、金属網である請求項4〜9のいずれか1つに記載の改質器。
- 前記水拡散部材、前記霧化部材または前記流過抵抗部材が、無機材料からなる繊維素材で構成されている請求項4〜9のいずれか1つに記載の改質器。
- 前記改質器本体の内部温度を計測する熱電対が挿通される鞘管をさらに備え、
前記鞘管は、前記水導入管または前記原燃料導入管の内部に位置しており、
該鞘管は、前記水導入管および前記原燃料導入管のいずれとも接することなく該水導入管および該原燃料導入管の軸線方向に配置されている請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載の改質器。 - 燃料ガスと酸素含有ガスとで発電を行なうとともに、内部を長手方向に貫通するガス流路を有し、上端側で発電に使用されなかった前記燃料ガスを燃焼させる構成の燃料電池セルを複数個備えるセルスタックと、
前記ガス流路に連通し該ガス流路に燃料ガスを導入するマニホールドと、
該マニホールドと接続され、前記セルスタックの上方に配置された請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の改質器と、を備えるセルスタック装置。 - 請求項13に記載のセルスタック装置と、該セルスタック装置を収容する収納容器と、を備える燃料電池モジュール。
- 請求項14に記載の燃料電池モジュールと、該燃料電池モジュールの運転を行なうための補機と、前記燃料電池モジュールおよび前記補機を収納する外装ケースと、を備える燃料電池装置。
