Description
冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機構と、
前記圧縮機構を駆動する電動機と、
前記圧縮機構と前記電動機とを収容する容器と、
前記容器の軸方向一端に取り付けられた第1端子および第2端子と、
前記容器の内周壁に沿って引き回され、平面視で互いに交差することなく、それぞれ前記容器の中で前記第1端子および前記第2端子と前記電動機とを電気接続する第1接続線および第2接続線と
を備える。
本実施の形態について、図1から図6を用いて説明する。
図1および図2を参照して、本実施の形態に係る冷凍サイクル装置10の構成を説明する。
図3および図4を参照して、本実施の形態に係る圧縮機12の動作を説明する。圧縮機12の動作は、本実施の形態に係る冷媒圧縮方法に相当する。
図3のほかに、図5および図6を参照して、本実施の形態に係る圧縮機12の構成の詳細を説明する。
本実施の形態では、接続線26が容器20の内周壁20dに沿って引き回されている。そのため、接続線26の長さ寸法が大きくても、接続線26が互いに交差せず、冷凍機油25が滞留する部分が接続線26に生じにくい。
本実施の形態は、縦置き型の圧縮機12だけでなく、横置き型の圧縮機において、椀形密閉容器が円筒型密閉容器の解放部に圧入され、中心に吐出管が設けられている場合にも適用することができる。
本実施の形態について、主に実施の形態1との差異を、図7を用いて説明する。
実施の形態1では、接続線26が電動機40の巻線44に接続端子47を介して接続されているが、図8に示すように、接続線26が電動機40の巻線44と一体になっていてもよい。すなわち、端子24には、電動機40の巻線44から延長された接続線26が接続されていてもよい。
実施の形態1では、容器20の胴部20aと容器下部20cとが溶接により連結されているが、図9に示すように、容器20の胴部20aと容器下部20cとが一体成形されていてもよい。
Claims (6)
- 冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機構と、
前記圧縮機構を駆動する電動機と、
前記圧縮機構と前記電動機とを収容する容器と、
前記容器の軸方向一端に取り付けられた第1端子および第2端子と、
平面視で前記容器の内周壁に沿って引き回され、平面視で互いに交差することなく、それぞれ前記容器の中で前記第1端子および前記第2端子と前記電動機とを電気接続する第1接続線および第2接続線と
を備える圧縮機。 - 前記第1接続線および前記第2接続線は、それぞれ複数のリード線であり、前記第1接続線に含まれる少なくとも1本のリード線および前記第2接続線に含まれる少なくとも1本のリード線は、それぞれ前記第1端子および前記第2端子より互いに近づく方向に取り出されてから、前記容器の内周壁に沿って互いに離れる方向に引き回されている請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記第1接続線に含まれる少なくとも1本のリード線は、平面視で前記第1端子と前記容器の内周壁とを結ぶ最短の直線を跨いで引き回されている請求項2に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記第1接続線および前記第2接続線は、それぞれ複数のリード線であり、前記複数のリード線は、前記複数のリード線の中で最短のリード線の60%以下の長さを持つスリーブによって束ねられている請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記冷媒を前記容器の外に吐出するために、前記容器の軸方向一端で前記容器の中心軸と重なる位置に設けられた吐出管をさらに備え、
前記第1端子および前記第2端子は、前記容器の軸方向一端で前記容器の中心軸とずれた位置に取り付けられ、
前記第1接続線および前記第2接続線は、それぞれ複数のリード線であり、前記複数のリード線の端には、前記電動機と接続される複数の接続端子が設けられ、前記第1接続線および前記第2接続線の前記複数の接続端子は、それぞれ平面視で前記第1端子および前記第2端子の中心と前記吐出管の中心とを結ぶ直線に対し、前記吐出管の中心周り±60度の範囲内に配置されている請求項1に記載の圧縮機。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機を備える冷凍サイクル装置。
