Description
本発明のいくつかの実施形態によれば、金属基体(例えば、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、鉄、亜鉛、ニッケル、及び/又はこれらの合金を含む基体)への塗布用パーマンガネート含有組成物は、パーマンガネートアニオン源、金属カチオンを含む腐食抑制剤、及び担体を含む。本明細書に記載されるパーマンガネート含有組成物は、ホウ酸、ハロゲン化物を用いることなく、又は高温で使用することができる。更に、パーマンガネート含有組成物は、アルカリ性及び酸性脱酸素剤と適合性があり;それらは、例えば、硝酸リチウムとの基体の前露光を必要とせず、高温の水浸による前処理も必要としない。
本発明のいくつかの実施形態によれば、金属基体(例えば、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、鉄、亜鉛、ニッケル、及び/又はこれらの合金を含む基体)への塗布用リチウム含有組成物は、リチウム源及び担体を含む。
本発明の他の実施形態によれば、金属基体(例えば、アルミニウム若しくはアルミニウム合金基体)は、本発明の実施形態に係るパーマンガネート含有組成物及び/又はリチウム含有組成物と接触している表面を含んでよい。適した基体の例としては、アルミニウム、亜鉛、鉄、及び/又はマグネシウム基体が挙げられるが、これらに限定はされない。適した金属基体の例としては、更にアルミニウム2024(Aluminum 2024)などの高銅含有アルミニウム合金が挙げられるが、これに限定はされない。
パーマンガネート含有組成物
十分な脱イオン水に4.5gの過マンガン酸カリウム(KMnO 4 )を混合することによって、溶液(Soln 0)を調製し、12リットルとした。
パーマンガネート含有組成物
十分な脱イオン水に4.5gの過マンガン酸カリウム(KMnO 4 )及び0.5gの硝酸セリウム(Ce(NO 3 ) 3 )を混合することによって、溶液(Soln 1)を調製し、12リットルとした。
パーマンガネート含有組成物
十分な脱イオン水に4.5gの過マンガン酸カリウム(KMnO 4 )及び0.5gの1H−ベンゾトリアゾール(BTA)を混合することによって、溶液(Soln 2)を調製し、12リットルとした。
パーマンガネート含有組成物
十分な脱イオン水に4.5gの過マンガン酸カリウム(KMnO 4 )及び0.5gの過酸化水素(H 2 O 2 )を混合することによって、溶液(Soln 3)を調製し、12リットルとした。
パーマンガネート含有組成物
十分な脱イオン水に30gの過マンガン酸カリウム(KMnO 4 )を混合することによって、溶液(Soln 4)を調製し、12リットルとした。
リチウム含有組成物
十分な脱イオン水に12gの炭酸リチウム(Li 2 CO 3 )を混合することによって、溶液(SIB)を調製し、12リットルとした。
リチウム含有組成物
十分な脱イオン水に4.5gの炭酸リチウム(Li 2 CO 3 )及び0.158gのカテコールバイオレットを混合することによって、溶液(SIB−CV)を調製し、12リットルとした。
リチウム含有組成物
十分な脱イオン水に18.4gの炭酸リチウム(Li 2 CO 3 )を混合することによって、溶液(SIC)を調製し、12リットルとした。
リチウム含有組成物
十分な脱イオン水に18.4gの炭酸リチウム(Li 2 CO 3 )及び1gの1H−ベンゾトリアゾール(BTA)を混合することによって、溶液(SIC−BTA)を調製し、12リットルとした。
リチウム含有組成物
十分な脱イオン水に18.4gの炭酸リチウム(Li 2 CO 3 )及び0.158gのカテコールバイオレットを混合することによって、溶液(SIC−CV)を調製し、12リットルとした。
リチウム含有組成物
十分な脱イオン水に12gの炭酸リチウム(Li 2 CO 3 )及び100gのエタノールを混合することによって、溶液(S2B)を調製し、12リットルとした。
リチウム含有組成物
十分な脱イオン水に18.4gの炭酸リチウム(Li 2 CO 3 )及び100gのエタノールを混合することによって、溶液(S2C)を調製し、12リットルとした。
10 試験を開始したときと実質的に同じ
9 3インチ×6インチのパネル当たり、窪み(テール(tail)あり若しくはなし)3個以下でMIL−C−5541合格
8 3インチ×6インチのパネル当たり、白色の腐食テール(変色したテール可)がある窪み3個以下でMIL−C−5541合格
7 テールのある窪みが3個を超えるが、全体では窪み15個以下
6 全体で窪みが15個を超えるが、全体で窪み40個未満
5 基体の30%が腐食している。
4 基体の50%が腐食している。
3 基体の70%が腐食している。
2 基体の85%が腐食している。
1 基体の100%が腐食している。
Claims (9)
- 担体と、
過マンガン酸カリウムのパーマンガネートアニオン源と、
希土類イオンの金属カチオンを含む腐食抑制剤と、
を含む、金属基体への塗布用組成物であって、
前記金属カチオンが、前記組成物に対して0.0008〜0.004重量%で存在する、前記組成物。 - 酸化剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- アゾール化合物をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 基体と、
前記基体の表面の少なくとも一部分に請求項1に記載の組成物で形成される膜と、
を含む、物品。 - 前記基体がアルミニウムを含む、請求項4に記載の物品。
- 前記膜の少なくとも一部分にコーティングをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の物品。
- 基体を処理する方法であって、
請求項1に記載の組成物を含む第1の組成物を前記基体の表面の一部分に塗布してパーマンガネート処理表面を形成し、そして、
第2の組成物を前記パーマンガネート処理表面に塗布することを含み、
前記第2の組成物がリチウム源と第2の担体を含む、
前記方法。 - 前記リチウム源が、炭酸リチウム、水酸化リチウム、及び/又はリン酸リチウムを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の組成物を前記基体表面に塗布する前に、洗浄組成物、脱脂剤組成物、及び/又は脱酸素剤組成物を、前記基体の表面の一部分に塗布することをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
