Abstract
Description
本発明のいくつかの実施形態によれば、金属基体(例えば、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、鉄、亜鉛、ニッケル、及び/又はこれらの合金を含む基体)への塗布用パーマンガネート含有組成物は、パーマンガネートアニオン源、金属カチオンを含む腐食抑制剤、及び担体を含む。本明細書に記載されるパーマンガネート含有組成物は、ホウ酸、ハロゲン化物を用いることなく、又は高温で使用することができる。更に、パーマンガネート含有組成物は、アルカリ性及び酸性脱酸素剤と適合性があり;それらは、例えば、硝酸リチウムとの基体の前露光を必要とせず、高温の水浸による前処理も必要としない。
本発明のいくつかの実施形態によれば、金属基体(例えば、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、鉄、亜鉛、ニッケル、及び/又はこれらの合金を含む基体)への塗布用リチウム含有組成物は、リチウム源及び担体を含む。
本発明の他の実施形態によれば、金属基体(例えば、アルミニウム若しくはアルミニウム合金基体)は、本発明の実施形態に係るパーマンガネート含有組成物及び/又はリチウム含有組成物と接触している表面を含んでよい。適した基体の例としては、アルミニウム、亜鉛、鉄、及び/又はマグネシウム基体が挙げられるが、これらに限定はされない。適した金属基体の例としては、更にアルミニウム2024(Aluminum 2024)などの高銅含有アルミニウム合金が挙げられるが、これに限定はされない。

十分な脱イオン水に4.5gの過マンガン酸カリウム(KMnO4)を混合することによって、溶液(Soln 0)を調製し、12リットルとした。
パーマンガネート含有組成物
十分な脱イオン水に4.5gの過マンガン酸カリウム(KMnO4)及び0.5gの硝酸セリウム(Ce(NO3)3)を混合することによって、溶液(Soln 1)を調製し、12リットルとした。
パーマンガネート含有組成物
十分な脱イオン水に4.5gの過マンガン酸カリウム(KMnO4)及び0.5gの1H−ベンゾトリアゾール(BTA)を混合することによって、溶液(Soln 2)を調製し、12リットルとした。

十分な脱イオン水に18.4gの炭酸リチウム(Li2CO3)を混合することによって、溶液(SIC)を調製し、12リットルとした。

本発明のいくつかの実施形態によれば、金属基体(例えば、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、鉄、亜鉛、ニッケル、及び/又はこれらの合金を含む基体)への塗布用パーマンガネート含有組成物は、パーマンガネートアニオン源、金属カチオンを含む腐食抑制剤、及び担体を含む。本明細書に記載されるパーマンガネート含有組成物は、ホウ酸、ハロゲン化物を用いることなく、又は高温で使用することができる。更に、パーマンガネート含有組成物は、アルカリ性及び酸性脱酸素剤と適合性があり;それらは、例えば、硝酸リチウムとの基体の前露光を必要とせず、高温の水浸による前処理も必要としない。
本発明のいくつかの実施形態によれば、金属基体(例えば、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、鉄、亜鉛、ニッケル、及び/又はこれらの合金を含む基体)への塗布用リチウム含有組成物は、リチウム源及び担体を含む。
本発明の他の実施形態によれば、金属基体(例えば、アルミニウム若しくはアルミニウム合金基体)は、本発明の実施形態に係るパーマンガネート含有組成物及び/又はリチウム含有組成物と接触している表面を含んでよい。適した基体の例としては、アルミニウム、亜鉛、鉄、及び/又はマグネシウム基体が挙げられるが、これらに限定はされない。適した金属基体の例としては、更にアルミニウム2024(Aluminum 2024)などの高銅含有アルミニウム合金が挙げられるが、これに限定はされない。

Claims (25)
- 担体と、
パーマンガネートアニオン源と、
希土類イオン、アルカリ金属イオン、アルカリ土類金属イオン、及び/又は遷移金属イオンを含む金属カチオンを含む腐食抑制剤と、
を含む、金属基体への塗布用組成物。 - 前記パーマンガネートアニオン源が、アルカリ金属のパーマンガネート塩、及び/又はアルカリ土類金属のパーマンガネート塩を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記パーマンガネートアニオン源が、過マンガン酸カリウムを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 酸化剤を更に含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記酸化剤が過酸化水素を含む、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- アゾール化合物を更に含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記アゾール化合物が、2,5−ジメルカプト−1,3,4−チアジアゾール、1H−ベンゾトリアゾール、IH−1,2,3−トリアゾール、2−アミノ−5−メルカプト−1,3,4−チアジアゾール、及び/又は2−アミノ−1,3,4−チアジアゾールを含む、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 前記担体が水性担体を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 基体と、
前記基体の少なくとも一部分上に請求項1に記載の組成物と、
を含む、物品。 - 前記基体がアルミニウムを含む、請求項9に記載の物品。

- 前記第2の担体が水性担体を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 第1の組成物を基体に塗布するステップの前に、脱脂組成物及び/又は脱酸素組成物を前記基体に塗布するステップを更に含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記リチウム含有組成物がアゾール化合物を更に含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記アゾール化合物が、2,5−ジメルカプト−1,3,4−チアジアゾール、1H−ベンゾトリアゾール、1H−1,2,3−トリアゾール、2−アミノ−5−メルカプト−1,3,4−チアジアゾール、及び/又は2−アミノ−1,3,4−チアジアゾールを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 洗浄組成物を基体に塗布して、洗浄された基体を形成するステップと、
パーマンガネートアニオン源及び第1の担体を含む第1の組成物を前記洗浄された基体に塗布して、パーマンガネート処理基体を形成するステップと、
リチウム源及び第2の担体を含む第2の組成物を前記パーマンガネート処理基体に塗布するステップと、
を含む、基体を処理する方法。 - 第1の組成物を塗布するステップの前に、前記洗浄された基体をすすぐステップを更に含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 第2の組成物を塗布するステップの前に、前記パーマンガネート処理基体をすすぐステップを更に含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の組成物が、指示化合物及び/又はアゾール化合物を更に含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記アゾール化合物が、2,5−ジメルカプト−1,3,4−チアジアゾール、1H−ベンゾトリアゾール、1H−1,2,3−トリアゾール、2−アミノ−5−メルカプト−1,3,4−チアジアゾール、及び/又は2−アミノ−1,3,4−チアジアゾールを含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
