Claims (4)
- 金型装置に対し前進することで前記金型装置から成形品を突出す可動部材と、前記可動部材を進退させる駆動源と、前記駆動源を制御する制御装置とを有し、
前記制御装置は、前記可動部材を前進させる間に、前記駆動源の駆動力の検出値の上昇速度に基づいて、前記駆動力の上限値が異なる第1区間および第2区間を設ける、射出成形機。 - 金型装置に対し前進することで前記金型装置から成形品を突出す可動部材と、前記可動部材を進退させる駆動源と、前記駆動源を制御する制御装置とを有し、
前記制御装置は、前記可動部材を前進させる間に、前記可動部材の前進速度の検出値に基づいて、前記駆動源の駆動力の上限値が異なる第1区間および第2区間を設ける、
射出成形機。 - 金型装置に対し前進することで前記金型装置から成形品を突出す可動部材と、前記可動部材を進退させる駆動源と、前記駆動源を制御する制御装置とを有し、
前記可動部材は、前進開始時に前記金型装置の内部に進退自在に配設される力伝達部材から離れており、前進の途中で前記力伝達部材と接触し、続いて前記力伝達部材を押して前記成形品を突出し、
前記制御装置は、前記可動部材を前進させる間に、前記駆動源の駆動力の上限値が異なる第1区間および第2区間を設け、
前記第1区間は、前記可動部材が前記力伝達部材と離れている区間の少なくとも一部を含み、
前記第2区間は、前記可動部材が前記力伝達部材と接触する区間の少なくとも一部を含み、
前記第1区間では、前記第2区間よりも前記上限値が大きい、
射出成形機。 - 前記制御装置は、前記第1区間および前記第2区間を、前記駆動力の検出値と所定値との差分に基づいて設ける、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機。
