Description
本願は、2017年4月3日に日本に出願された特願2017−73690号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
図1において、符号Pはポンプ、符号Tはタービン、また符号Rは磁気継手である。本実施形態に係るロケット燃料用ポンプは、ポンプP及び磁気継手Rから構成されており、駆動源であるタービンTによって回転駆動される。
ポンプPは、磁気継手Rを介することによってタービンT(駆動源)に磁気的に接続されている。すなわち、タービンTの回転動力は、磁気継手RによってポンプPの回転軸3に伝達され、回転軸3が上記回転動力によって駆動されることによりポンプインペラ4が回転する。
(1)上記実施形態では、所定の角度ピッチ(45°)で合計8個の従動側磁石6b、主駆動側磁石7b及び副駆動側磁石7c,7dを設けたが、本開示はこれに限定されない。従動側磁石6b、主駆動側磁石7b及び副駆動側磁石7c,7dの個数(極数)は、例えば2個(角度ピッチ=180°)以上であれば幾つでもよい。

Claims (2)
- 回転軸に装着された回転体を備え、駆動源によって前記回転体が回転駆動されることによってロケット燃料を圧送するロケット燃料用ポンプであって、
前記回転軸と前記駆動源の駆動軸とを磁気的に連結する磁気継手を備え、
前記磁気継手が、前記回転軸に設けられた従動側磁石と、前記駆動源の駆動軸に設けられた駆動側磁石とを備え、
前記従動側磁石及び前記駆動側磁石が永久磁石であり、
前記従動側磁石が、前記回転軸の回転中心軸周りに所定の角度ピッチで円環状に設けられ、
前記駆動側磁石が、前記従動側磁石と対峙するように、かつ、前記従動側磁石と同様な角度ピッチで円環状に設けられ、
前記従動側磁石を前記ロケット燃料によって強制冷却する磁石冷却流路を備え、
前記磁石冷却流路が放射状に並ぶ前記従動側磁石の間に設けられるロケット燃料用ポンプ。 - 前記駆動側磁石が、前記回転軸の半径方向において前記従動側磁石に対向する主駆動側磁石と、前記回転軸の延在方向において前記主駆動側磁石を挟むように配置され、前記従動側磁石と同一極性の副駆動側磁石とを備える請求項1に記載のロケット燃料用ポンプ。
