Claims (6)
- 橈骨動脈と交差する一方向に並ぶ複数の圧力検出素子からなる素子列を有するセンサチップと、前記センサチップが固定される基板と、を含むセンサ部と、
前記センサ部を保護する保護部材と、
前記圧力検出素子が形成された前記センサチップの検出面と前記保護部材に設けられた開口部との間に充填されている充填材と、を有し、
前記開口部が、前記センサチップの前記基板に固定された側の反対側であって前記検出面に垂直な垂直方向において前記検出面と対向する位置に配置されている、圧脈波センサと、
前記圧脈波センサを前記一方向及び前記垂直方向に直交する方向の周りに回転させる回転機構と、を備え、
前記保護部材の外周面は、
前記開口部が形成された頂面と、
前記頂面の前記一方向の両端縁と連続する面であって、前記開口部の開口面に対して傾斜した傾斜面と、を有し、
前記傾斜面の傾斜角度は、前記回転機構によって前記圧脈波センサが回転可能な回転角の最大値未満になっている脈波検出装置。 - 請求項1記載の脈波検出装置であって、
前記保護部材は、前記充填材よりも硬度が高い材料で構成されている脈波検出装置。 - 請求項2記載の脈波検出装置であって、
前記保護部材はセラミックによって構成されている脈波検出装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の脈波検出装置であって、
前記保護部材の外周面は、更に前記開口部の開口面に垂直な垂直面を有し、
前記垂直面は、前記垂直方向において前記開口面よりも前記センサチップ側に位置し、かつ、前記垂直方向にみた平面視において前記保護部材の前記頂面の端縁と重なる又は前記頂面の端縁よりも外側に位置する脈波検出装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の脈波検出装置であって、
前記基板に設けられ、前記センサチップの前記一方向の端部に設けられた端子部と電気的に接続するための基板側端子部と、
前記センサチップの端子部と前記基板側端子部とを接続する導電部材と、を更に備え、
前記導電部材は、前記垂直方向にみた平面視において前記頂面の端縁と重ならない位置に配置されている脈波検出装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の脈波検出装置と、
前記圧脈波センサによって検出された圧脈波に基づいて生体情報を算出する生体情報算出部と、を備える生体情報測定装置。
