Claims (9)
- コアレスオーガが線形運動成分及び回転運動成分とともに出現するオーガ製造機械(21)によって製造された前記コアレスオーガを処理する方法であって、
自らの軸(4)を中心として回転可能な円筒形容器(3)と、成形されたオーガのための前記容器(3)の前記軸(4)と同軸をなす入口(11)及び成形されたオーガを前記円筒形容器(3)の内周に向かって方向付けするための外向きの出口(13)を有する同軸回転可能な供給ガイド(6)とを有する一時貯蔵設備(1)に向かって、前記製造機械(21)から離れて直進移動するように前記回転するオーガをガイドするステップと、
前記円筒形容器(3)を回転させて、前記供給ガイド(6)が前記供給ガイド(6)の前記入口(11)に入るオーガの前記軸とほぼ一致するその入口(11)の軸を中心として回転することを可能にし、それによって前記外向きの出口(13)が、前記円筒形容器(3)の前記内周に向かってオーガを方向付けするように円形の経路で前記円筒形容器の内部の周りを移動し得、そのコイルを形成するステップと、
を含み、前記円筒形容器(3)が、自らの軸を中心とした前記オーガの前記回転を相殺するように選択された速度で回転される、方法。 - 前記供給ガイド(6)の前記入口の軸を中心とした前記供給ガイド(6)の回転の前記速度が、その軸を中心とした前記オーガの回転の前記速度と実質的に同じである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記円筒形容器(3)の回転の前記速度が、前記円筒形容器の周方向速度及び前記コアレスオーガの移動の軸方向速度に従って選択される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記入口の軸が、下向きに移動するオーガを受け入れるように、ほぼ垂直な向きに位置する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記円筒形容器(3)の内部にオーガが巻かれるに従い、前記供給ガイド(6)が、前記円筒形容器(3)の閉鎖底部(14)から離れるように軸方向に移動され得るように、前記供給ガイド(6)が、前記円筒形容器(3)に対して軸方向に移動可能である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記供給ガイド(6)が、前記円筒形容器(3)の前記軸に平行に延びる複数の直立レール(16)に沿って移動可能なキャリッジ(7)に取り付けられる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記円筒形容器(3)が、同軸回転可能な支持体上に支持された開放頂部ドラムである、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記円筒形容器(3)に貯蔵されたオーガを定期的に回収し、従来のボビンまたはマンドレル(28)上に巻き付けて、貯蔵及び輸送の目的に適した形態で包装されたオーガを製造するステップを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- オーガ製造設備で使用するための一時貯蔵設備(1)であって、
自らの軸(4)を中心として回転可能である相対的に回転可能な円筒形容器(3)を支持するフレーム(2)と、前記容器(3)の前記軸(4)と同軸方向でオーガ(12)を受け入れるための入口(11)及び前記円筒形容器(3)の内周に向かって方向付けられた外向きの出口(13)を有する同軸回転可能な供給ガイド(6)と、
を備え、
前記供給ガイド(6)が、前記供給ガイド(6)の前記入口(11)に入るオーガの軸とほぼ一致する前記入口(11)の軸を中心として回転するように構成され、それによって、前記外向きの出口(13)が、前記円筒形容器(3)の前記内周に向かってオーガを方向付けするように円形の経路で前記容器(3)の内部の周りを移動し、そのコイルを形成するようになっており、
前記円筒形容器(3)が、受け取ったオーガの直線運動成分を収容するように選択された速度で前記円筒形容器(3)を回転させるための駆動装置(5)を有し、
前記供給ガイド(6)が、前記フレーム(2)によって担持された複数の直立レール(16)に沿って、前記円筒形容器(3)に対して軸方向に移動可能なキャリッジ(7)によって担持される、一時貯蔵設備(1)。
