<第1実施形態>
図1は、第1実施形態に係る触覚呈示装置10の概略構成を示す側面図、図2は、図1に示す触覚呈示装置10の平面図、図3は、触覚呈示装置10の機能ブロック図である。各図には、基準座標としてX−Y−Z座標が示されている。以下の説明において、Z方向上側から下側を見た状態を平面視ということがあり、Z方向はX−Y面に直交する方向である。
<入力装置の構成>
図6A及びBに示すように、入力装置40は、触覚呈示装置10A、10B、10Cを備えており、これらの触覚呈示装置10A、10B、10Cは、それぞれ、図1と図2に示す触覚生成部20と同様の構成の触覚生成部20A、20B、20Cをそれぞれ備えている。図6A及びBにおいて、触覚呈示装置10A、10B、10CはZ方向に沿って押圧される。また、図4と図5に示す使用状態では、入力装置40は、図6A及びBのY方向が上下に向けられた姿勢で操作者の手に保持されている。
<触覚呈示装置の構成>
触覚呈示装置10A、10B、10Cは同様の構成を備えるため、ここでは触覚呈示装置10Aのみについて説明し、残りの触覚呈示装置10B、10Cについての説明は省略する。
図10は第2実施形態に係る触覚呈示装置110の概略構成を示す側面図、図11は触覚呈示装置110の概略構成を示す平面図である。

Claims (9)
- 圧力情報を呈示する圧覚生成部と、前記圧覚生成部の上に配置された触覚生成部とを備えた触覚呈示装置であって、前記触覚生成部は、振動情報を呈示する振動素子と、前記振動素子上に設けられ、温冷情報を呈示する温冷呈示素子とを備え、前記触覚生成部の触覚呈示面に接触する操作体に対して、前記振動情報、前記温冷情報、及び、前記圧力情報が呈示され、
前記温冷呈示素子はペルチェ素子であり、
前記ペルチェ素子と前記振動素子との間には伝導部材が配置され、前記伝導部材は、前記ペルチェ素子が温冷情報を呈示した際に発生する熱を前記振動素子に伝導させる熱伝導部材と、前記振動素子が呈示した振動情報を前記ペルチェ素子に伝導させる振動伝導部材とを備える
ことを特徴とする触覚呈示装置。 - 前記触覚呈示面に接触した前記操作体の操作情報を取得する操作情報取得部を備え、前記操作情報取得部が取得した前記操作情報に基づいて、前記振動情報、前記温冷情報、及び、前記圧力情報の少なくとも1つを制御する請求項1に記載の触覚呈示装置。
- 前記圧覚生成部は、前記操作情報に基づいて、前記触覚呈示面の姿勢を制御する姿勢制御部を備える請求項2に記載の触覚呈示装置。
- 前記姿勢制御部は、前記触覚呈示面を傾動させる請求項3に記載の触覚呈示装置。
- 前記姿勢制御部は、前記触覚呈示面を上下動させる請求項3又は請求項4に記載の触覚呈示装置。
- 前記圧覚生成部は、前記操作情報に基づいて、前記触覚呈示面の形状を制御する形状制御部を備える請求項2から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の触覚呈示装置。
- 前記形状制御部は、上下動可能な複数の突き上げピンを備え、前記複数の突き上げピンをそれぞれ上下動させることによって、前記触覚呈示面の形状を変更する請求項6に記載の触覚呈示装置。
- 前記伝導部材は粘着性を有し、前記ペルチェ素子を前記振動素子に結合している請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の触覚呈示装置。
- 前記振動素子は金属のカバーを備えており、前記伝導部材は、金属のカバーとペルチェ素子を結合している請求項8に記載の触覚呈示装置。
