Description

中央ボア内でパイロット力によって軸線方向に移動可能なステムと、
ステムによって動作可能に結合された少なくとも一対の反作用式メータリング・エッジ(counter-acting metering edge)であって、各反作用対の各メータリング・エッジは、バルブ本体又はステム上の相手側の座面と、可撓性要素によってバルブ本体又はステムに支持されるポペットリングとを含み、可撓性要素は、それぞれのメータリング・エッジの閉鎖状態でも、ポペットリングと支持するバルブ本体又はステムとの相対的な軸線方向の動きを可能にする、メータリング・エッジと、を有する。
第1のメータリング・エッジは、中央ボア内でステムの周りに同軸線上に配置され、且つ第1の可撓性シール要素部材によってバルブ本体に固定される第1のポペットリングを含み、第1の可撓性シール要素部材は第1のポペットリングの軸線方向の移動を可能にし、第1のポペットリングは、ステム上の第1の相手側の座面と協働して、第1のアクチュエータ・ポートと、供給ポート及び排出ポートの一方との間の流体流を制御し、
第2のメータリング・エッジは、中央ボア内でステムの周りに同軸線上に配置され、且つ第2の可撓性シール部材によってステム装置に接続される第2のポペットリングを含み、第2の可撓性シール部材は第2のポペットリングの軸線方向の移動を可能にし、第2のポペットリングは、バルブ本体上の第2の相手側の座面と協働して、アクチュエータ・ポートと、供給ポート及び排出ポートの他方との間の流体流を制御し、
第3のメータリング・エッジは、中央ボア内でステムの周りに同軸線上に配置され、且つ第3の可撓性シール要素部材によってステムに固定される第3のポペットリングを含み、第3の可撓性シール要素部材は第3のポペットリングの軸線方向の移動を可能にし、第3のポペットリングは、バルブ本体上の第3の相手側の座面と協働して、第2のアクチュエータ・ポートと、供給ポート及び排出ポートの一方との間の流体流を制御し、
第4のメータリング・エッジは、中央ボア内でステムの周りに同軸線上に配置され、且つ第4の可撓性シール部材によってバルブ本体装置に接続される第4のポペットリングを含み、第4の可撓性シール部材は第4のポペットリングの軸線方向の移動を可能にし、第4のポペットリングは、ステム上の第4の相手側の座面と協働して、第2のアクチュエータ・ポートと、供給ポート及び排出ポートの他方との間の流体流を制御する。
Claims (3)
- 電子制御出力を有する電子ユニットと、空気圧前段及び空気圧出力段を有する空気圧ユニットとを含むプロセスバルブ位置決め装置であって、前記空気圧前段は、前記電子制御出力を、前記空気圧出力段を制御するのに十分なパイロット空気圧力に変換するように構成され、前記空気圧出力段は、空気圧アクチュエータにアクチュエータ空気圧力を与えるための、加圧空気の供給部に接続するための空気圧ポペットタイプバルブ・アセンブリを含み、該空気圧ポペットタイプバルブ・アセンブリは、
前記加圧空気の供給を受ける少なくとも1つの供給ポートと、前記アクチュエータ空気圧力を前記空気圧アクチュエータに供給する少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ・ポートと、少なくとも1つの排出ポートとを含む、中央ボアを有するバルブ本体と、
前記中央ボア内で軸線方向のパイロット力によって軸線方向に移動可能なステムと、
前記空気圧前段から供給され且つパイロット圧力チャンバ内のパイロット・ダイアフラムに作用する前記パイロット空気圧力に応じた前記軸線方向のパイロット力を与えるために前記ステムの一端に配置されたパイロット・ダイアフラム及びピストンと、
逆圧チャンバ内の反作用ダイアフラムに作用する逆圧力に応じた軸線方向の反作用力を与えるために前記ステムの反対端に配置された反作用ダイアフラム及び反作用ピストンと、
前記ステムによって動作可能に結合された少なくとも一対の反作用式メータリング・エッジであって、各反作用対の各メータリング・エッジは、前記バルブ本体又は前記ステム上の相手側の座面と、可撓性要素によって前記バルブ本体又は前記ステムに支持されるポペットリングとを含み、前記可撓性要素は、それぞれのメータリング・エッジの閉鎖状態でも、前記ポペットリングと支持する前記バルブ本体又は前記ステムとの相対的な軸線方向の動きを可能にし、各ポペットリングは、前記それぞれのメータリング・エッジに作用する結果として生じる非常に小さい又はゼロの空気圧力を達成するように、それぞれの前記ポペットリングに及ぼされる空気圧力を補償するように圧力平衡される、メータリング・エッジと、
前記空気圧ポペットタイプバルブ・アセンブリの前記加圧空気の前記供給ポートから、前記パイロット圧力チャンバ内の前記パイロット空気圧力、従って前記軸線方向のパイロット力を供給及び制御する前記空気圧前段への制限された空気流路と、
前記空気圧ポペットタイプバルブ・アセンブリの前記加圧空気の前記供給ポートから前記逆圧チャンバへのさらに制限された空気流路と、を有しており、
前記制限された空気流路及び前記さらに制限された空気流路は、前記軸線方向の反力の変化率と、前記加圧空気の前記供給ポートにおける供給圧力の変化による前記パイロット力の変化率とが略等しくなるように、寸法決めされる、
プロセスバルブ位置決め装置。 - 前記制限された流路及び/又は前記さらに制限された流路は、約0.1mm〜約0.5mmのオリフィス直径を有する流量制限器を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセスバルブ位置決め装置。
- 全てのメータリング・エッジが軸線方向に整列している、請求項1に記載のプロセスバルブ位置決め装置。
