Description
Claims (9)
- 物体表面印刷装置において、
物体(2)の印刷用の固定的な印刷ユニット(4)であって、該印刷ユニット(4)は、インクジェット印刷ヘッド(5)を有しており、該印刷ヘッド(5)は、該印刷ヘッド(5)の作用範囲内で物体の表面(3)に印刷画像(6)の印刷を行い、前記印刷ユニット(4)は、複数の前記印刷ヘッド(5)を有しており、これらの印刷ヘッド(5)は互いに間隔を開けて、実質的に水平方向に向けられた円(14)の上で、実質的に半径方向に配置されている、物体(2)の印刷用の固定的なユニット(4)と、
物体を取付け領域(12)に取り付け、該取付け領域(12)から前記印刷ヘッド(5)の前記作用範囲へ物体を円軌道上で回動させ、印刷画像(6)を生成している間、前記印刷ヘッド(5)の前記作用範囲内で物体を直線的に移動させる、可動の保持ユニット(11)と、
該保持ユニット(11)の動きと、前記印刷画像(6)の生成とを制御する、少なくとも1つの制御ユニット(13)であって、前記回動は、前記直線的な移動中には停止し、前記直線的な移動は、前記円軌道に対する接線方向又は割線の少なくとも一部の軌道上で行われる、制御ユニット(13)と、
を有していることを特徴とする、物体表面印刷装置。 - 当該装置は、その作用範囲(10)内で前記印刷画像(6)を硬化させるための放射器(9)を備えた硬化ユニット(8)を有しており、前記硬化ユニット(8)は、実質的に水平方向に向けられた前記円(14)の上で、前記複数の印刷ヘッド(5)に対して間隔をあけて配置されている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記保持ユニット(11)は複数の移動ユニットを有しており、第1の移動ユニット(16)が、実質的に垂直方向の軸線(17)上に配置されており、垂直方向における物体の直線的な移動(19)を可能にする、請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記保持ユニット(11)は複数の移動ユニットを有しており、第2の移動ユニット(20)が、実質的に垂直方向の軸線(17)上で、前記円(14)の中心点(18)の実質的に垂直方向下側に配置されており、前記垂直方向の軸線(17)を中心とした物体の回動(21)を可能にする、請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記第2の移動ユニット(20)は、前記第1の移動ユニット(16)と機械的に結合されている、請求項4記載の装置。
- 前記保持ユニット(11)は複数の移動ユニットを有しており、第3の移動ユニット(23)が、前記印刷ヘッド(5)の作用範囲内で、物体の直線的な移動を可能にする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 第3の移動ユニット(23)が、前記印刷ヘッド(5)の作用範囲内で、物体の直線的な移動を可能にし、前記第3の移動ユニット(23)は、前記第1及び/又は前記第2の移動ユニット(16;20)と機械的に結合されている、請求項4記載の装置。
- 前記第3の移動ユニット(23)は、リニア軸線(46)を有するリニアアクチュエータ(42)を有しており、前記保持ユニット(11)は、前記リニア軸線(46)に対して実質的に垂直方向に向けられたアーム(45)を有している、請求項6または7記載の装置。
- インクジェット印刷ヘッド(5)を用いて物体に印刷を施す方法であって、印刷前の物体(2)を、所定の円軌道(14,48)の少なくとも一部に沿った回動により、前記印刷ヘッド(5)の作用範囲(7)へ移動させ、印刷中に物体を、前記円軌道(14,48)に対する接線方向の軌道又は割線軌道(47)の少なくとも一部の上で直線的に移動させることを特徴とする、インクジェット印刷ヘッド(5)を用いて物体に印刷を施す、方法。
