・ クラス2: 潤滑特性が一方で結晶構造に起因し、他方で組成における反応性化学元素に起因する固体物質、例えば二硫化モリブデンMoS2,フッ化黒鉛,スズ硫化物,ビスマス硫化物;
・ クラス3: 潤滑特性が化学的反応性に起因する固体物質、例えばチオ硫酸塩タイプのある種の化学化合物(例えばDesilube Technology Inc.によって販売されるDesilube 88);
・ クラス4: 潤滑特性が摩擦負荷のもとでの可塑性挙動または粘塑性挙動に起因する固体物質、例えばポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)またはポリアミド。
・ 接続要素の表面を清浄化すること;アルカリ脱脂、次いですすぎ洗浄、次いで電解脱脂、次いですすぎ洗浄、次いで酸ストリッピング、次いですすぎ洗浄によって清浄化が行われてもよい;

前記当接構造は、ニッケル−タングステン合金から選択される合金によって構成される主要層を含む被覆により覆われていることを特徴とする、管状コンポーネントの当接構造。 - 前記主要層の厚さは5μm〜35μmの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の当接構造。
- タングステンは、ニッケル−タングステン合金の総重量の5重量%〜15重量%に相当することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の当接構造。
- 前記主要層の厚さは5μm〜20μmの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の当接構造。
- 前記被覆は、ニッケル−銅合金またはニッケル−アルミニウム合金によって構成される下地物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の当接構造。

- 1つまたは複数の固体潤滑剤化合物の粒子が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、タルク、雲母、窒化ホウ素、炭化ケイ素、炭化タングステン、硫化タングステンおよび硫化モリブデンの粒子ならびにそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の当接構造。
- 1つまたは複数の固体潤滑剤化合物の粒子を含むニッケル−リン合金のリンは、1つまたは複数の固体潤滑剤化合物の粒子を含むニッケル−リン合金の総重量の5重量%〜13重量%に相当することを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の当接構造。
- 1つまたは複数の固体潤滑剤化合物の粒子は、1つまたは複数の固体潤滑剤化合物の粒子を含むニッケル−リン合金の総体積に対して20体積%〜35体積%に相当することを特徴とする、請求項7〜9の何れか1項に記載の当接構造。
- 前記付加的な層の厚さは、3μm〜13μmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項7〜10の何れか1項に記載の当接構造。
- 前記被覆は、前記主要層の上に配置される潤滑剤層、または前記被覆が前記付加的な層を含むときには前記付加的な層の上に配置される潤滑剤層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7〜11の何れか1項に記載の当接構造。
- 前記潤滑剤層が、グリース、半固体潤滑剤層、あるいは1つまたは複数の固体潤滑剤の粒子を樹脂に含む固体の乾燥潤滑剤層から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の当接構造。
- 請求項1〜13の何れか1項に記載の当接構造を含む、坑井を掘削または操作するために使用される管状コンポーネント。
- 請求項7〜11の何れか1項に記載の坑井を掘削または操作するために使用される管状コンポーネントの当接構造を得る方法であって、前記主要層と前記付加的な層が自己触媒的析出によって析出されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 250℃〜550℃の範囲の温度での事後熱処理工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の方法。
