Description
・ クラス1: 潤滑特性がその結晶構造に起因する固体物質、例えば黒鉛,窒化ホウ素BN,酸化亜鉛ZnO;
・ クラス2: 潤滑特性が一方で結晶構造に起因し、他方で組成における反応性化学元素に起因する固体物質、例えば二硫化モリブデンMoS2,フッ化黒鉛,スズ硫化物,ビスマス硫化物;
・ クラス3: 潤滑特性が化学的反応性に起因する固体物質、例えばチオ硫酸塩タイプのある種の化学化合物(例えばDesilube Technology Inc.によって販売されるDesilube 88);
・ クラス4: 潤滑特性が摩擦負荷のもとでの可塑性挙動または粘塑性挙動に起因する固体物質、例えばポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)またはポリアミド。
・接続要素の表面を清浄化し、この清浄化が、アルカリ脱脂、次いですすぎ洗浄、次いで電解脱脂、次いですすぎ洗浄、次いで酸ストリッピング、次いですすぎ洗浄によって行われる場合がある;
・次いでニッケル−リンを析出させ、その後に表面を脱不動態化し、その後に潤滑剤化合物の粒子が補われるニッケル−リンを必要に応じて析出させ、その後にすすぎ洗浄し;
・次いでオーブン乾燥を、例えば70℃程度の温度で行い;
・次いで酸化性雰囲気で典型的には220℃で2時間の脱気処理する。
Claims (22)
- 被覆により覆われ、坑井を掘削または操作するために使用される管状コンポーネントのための接続要素であって、
前記接続要素は、ニッケル−リン合金によって構成される主要層よりなる被覆で覆われ、
前記主要層を構成する前記ニッケル−リン合金中のリンは、前記ニッケル−リン合金の総重量の5重量%〜11.5重量%に相当し、
前記被覆は、1つまたは複数の固体潤滑剤化合物の粒子を含むニッケル−リン合金によって構成される追加層を更に有し、
前記追加層は、前記主要層の上に配置され、
前記1つまたは複数の固体潤滑剤化合物の粒子を含む前記ニッケル−リン合金中のリンは、前記1つまたは複数の固体潤滑剤化合物の粒子を含む前記ニッケル−リン合金の総重量の5重量%〜13重量%に相当し、
前記1つまたは複数の固体潤滑剤化合物の粒子を含むニッケル−リン合金によって構成される前記追加層の厚さは、5μm〜10μmの範囲にある
ことを特徴とする接続要素。 - 前記主要層を構成する前記ニッケル−リン合金中の前記リンは、前記主要層を構成する前記ニッケル−リン合金の総重量の10重量%〜11.5重量%に相当することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の接続要素。
- 前記主要層を構成する前記ニッケル−リン合金中の前記リンは、前記主要層を構成する前記ニッケル−リン合金の総重量の10.5重量%〜11.5重量%に相当することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の接続要素。
- 前記ニッケル−リン合金によって構成される前記主要層の厚さは、20μm〜35μmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の接続要素。
- 前記ニッケル−リン合金によって構成される前記主要層の厚さは、25μm〜30μmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の接続要素。
- 前記1つまたは複数の固体潤滑剤化合物の粒子は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、タルク、雲母、窒化ホウ素、炭化ケイ素、炭化タングステン、硫化タングステンおよび硫化モリブデンの粒子ならびにそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の接続要素。
- 前記1つまたは複数の固体潤滑剤化合物の粒子を含む前記ニッケル−リン合金中の前記リンは、前記1つまたは複数の固体潤滑剤化合物の粒子を含む前記ニッケル−リン合金の総重量の8重量%〜13重量%に相当することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の接続要素。
- 前記1つまたは複数の固体潤滑剤化合物の粒子を含む前記ニッケル−リン合金中の前記リンは、前記1つまたは複数の固体潤滑剤化合物の粒子を含む前記ニッケル−リン合金の総重量の10重量%〜12重量%に相当することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の接続要素。
- 前記1つまたは複数の固体潤滑剤化合物の粒子は、前記1つまたは複数の固体潤滑剤化合物の粒子を含む前記ニッケル−リン合金の総体積に対して20体積%〜35体積%に相当することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の接続要素。
- 前記1つまたは複数の固体潤滑剤化合物の粒子は、前記1つまたは複数の固体潤滑剤化合物の粒子を含む前記ニッケル−リン合金の総体積に対して25体積%〜30体積%に相当することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9に記載の接続要素。
- 前記被覆は、前記追加層の上に配置される潤滑剤層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の接続要素。
- 前記潤滑剤層が、グリース、半固体潤滑剤層、1つまたは複数の固体潤滑剤の粒子を樹脂に含む固体の乾燥潤滑剤層から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の接続要素。
- 前記接続要素がねじ切り部であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12の何れか1項に記載の接続要素。
- 前記接続要素が封止面であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12の何れか1項に記載の接続要素。
- 前記接続要素が、前記管状コンポーネントが組み立てられた時に互いに当接する面であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12の何れか1項に記載の接続要素。
- 請求項1〜15の何れか1項に記載の1つまたは複数の接続要素を含む、坑井を掘削または操作するために使用される管状コンポーネント。
- 請求項16に記載の管状コンポーネントであって、請求項13に記載のねじ切り部を含むことを特徴とする管状コンポーネント。
- 請求項16または17に記載の管状コンポーネントであって、請求項14に記載の1つの封止面を含むことを特徴とする管状コンポーネント。
- 請求項16〜18の何れか1項に記載の管状コンポーネントであって、請求項15に記載の、前記管状コンポーネントが組み立てられた時に互いに当接する面を含むことを特徴とする管状コンポーネント。
- 請求項1〜15の何れか1項に記載の接続要素を得る方法であって、前記主要層と前記追加層が自己触媒的析出によって析出させられることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項20に記載の方法であって、250℃〜300℃の範囲にある温度での事後の熱処理を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項20に記載の方法であって、300℃〜600℃の範囲にある温度での事後の熱処理工程を含むことを特徴とする方法。
