また、本発明の態様において、前記粉末敷設機は、前記粉末を収容する粉末槽と、前記粉末槽の下方に設けられ、前記成形物に対し前記粉末を敷設し前記粉末を回収するように前記作業穴と前記回収穴との間に往復移動する可撓性スクレーパと、を有する。
また、本発明の態様において、前記平台は、前記作業槽と係合するように前記作業穴の下方に形成される作業凸リングと、前記回収槽と係合するように前記回収穴の下方に形成される回収凸リングと、を有する。
また、本発明の態様において、前記座体は、前記作業槽が移動可能に設けられる固定ベースと、前記固定ベースの外側に設けられるものであって、前記回収槽が設けられる少なくとも1つの台座と、を有する。
また、本発明の態様において、前記昇降機構は、前記ベースに挿通される昇降ロッドと、前記ベースに設けられるばねと、前記昇降ロッドと係合するように前記ばねと前記座体との間に設けられるばね座と、を有する。
また、本発明の態様において、前記粉末収集手段は、前記成形物が形成され、前記作業穴と前記作業槽とにおいて移動するように前記昇降ロッドに押し出される底板を有する。
また、本発明の態様において、前記粉末収集手段は、前記底板を規制するように前記作業槽の底部に設けられる規制板を有する。
また、本発明の態様において、前記移動手段は、前記粉末収集手段を水平移動させるように前記底板に設けられるスライダ機構を有する。
また、本発明の態様において、前記スライダ機構は、前記粉末収集手段の座体が前記粉末敷設手段の平台に接近する作業位置と前記粉末敷設手段の平台から離間する粉末供給位置との間に移動可能に結合されるレールを有する。
また、本発明の態様において、前記粉末敷設手段は、前記平台に設けられるカバーと、前記レーザ発射機の下方に位置するように前記カバーに形成される加工穴と、を有する。
Claims (10)
- 3Dプリンタにおいて粉末を敷設及び回収する粉末自動回収の粉末敷設機であって、
レーザ発射機を成形物にレーザ加工させる作業穴と、前記粉末を回収する回収穴と、を有する平台と、前記平台に設けられる移動子と、前記移動子に結合され前記平台に前記粉末を敷設する粉末敷設器と、を有する粉末敷設手段と、
前記平台の下方に設けられるものであって、座体と、前記作業穴に対応するように前記座体に設けられ前記成形物を収容する作業槽と、前記回収穴に対応するように前記座体に設けられる少なくとも1つの回収槽と、を有する粉末収集手段と、
ベースと、前記ベースに設けられ、前記粉末収集手段と前記平台との結合又は離間を切り替えるように前記座体を鉛直移動させる昇降機構と、を有する移動手段と、を含む、
ことを特徴とする粉末自動回収の粉末敷設機。 - 前記粉末敷設機は、
前記粉末を収容する粉末槽と、
前記粉末槽の下方に設けられ、前記成形物に対し前記粉末を敷設し前記粉末を回収するように前記作業穴と前記回収穴との間に往復移動する可撓性スクレーパと、を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉末自動回収の粉末敷設機。 - 前記平台は、
前記作業槽と係合するように前記作業穴の下方に形成される作業凸リングと、
前記回収槽と係合するように前記回収穴の下方に形成される回収凸リングと、を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉末自動回収の粉末敷設機。 - 前記座体は、
前記作業槽が移動可能に設けられる固定ベースと、
前記固定ベースの外側に設けられるものであって、前記回収槽が設けられる少なくとも1つの台座と、を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉末自動回収の粉末敷設機。 - 前記昇降機構は、
前記ベースに挿通される昇降ロッドと、
前記ベースに設けられるばねと、
前記昇降ロッドと係合するように前記ばねと前記座体との間に設けられるばね座と、を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉末自動回収の粉末敷設機。 - 前記粉末収集手段は、前記成形物が形成され、前記作業穴と前記作業槽とにおいて移動するように前記昇降ロッドに押し出される底板を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の粉末自動回収の粉末敷設機。 - 前記粉末収集手段は、前記底板を規制するように前記作業槽の底部に設けられる規制板を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の粉末自動回収の粉末敷設機。 - 前記移動手段は、前記粉末収集手段を水平移動させるように前記底板に設けられるスライダ機構を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の粉末自動回収の粉末敷設機。 - 前記スライダ機構は、前記粉末収集手段の座体が前記粉末敷設手段の平台に接近する作業位置と前記粉末敷設手段の平台から離間する粉末供給位置との間に移動可能に結合されるレールを有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の粉末自動回収の粉末敷設機。 - 前記粉末敷設手段は、前記平台に設けられるカバーと、前記レーザ発射機の下方に位置するように前記カバーに形成される加工穴と、を有する、
