Description

Claims (7)
- 薬剤送達システムであって、
薬剤容器と、
針と、
前記薬剤容器と前記針の間に配置され、前記薬剤容器を前記針と流体接続するように操作される弁と、
前記薬剤容器からの前記弁および前記針を通る薬剤送達の完了前に起動し、前記薬剤容器からの薬剤送達の完了後も作動を継続する遅延機構であって、薬剤用量送達の完了に続いて、用量終了指示サブシステム、針安全サブシステムおよび弁閉鎖サブシステムのうちの少なくとも1つを、自動的に起動させる遅延機構と
を備えることを特徴とする薬剤送達システム。 - 前記薬剤容器に対して変位可能に配置されたプランジャであり、前記薬剤容器から薬剤を放出するためのプランジャをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬剤送達システム。
- 前記プランジャの所定の変位が前記遅延機構を起動させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の薬剤送達システム。
- 前記遅延機構は、
前記薬剤容器がその上に配置されたベースと、
前記ベース上に回転可能に配置されたパレット部材であり、対向する一対のパレットアームを有するパレット部材と、
ウォームギヤおよび円板を有するシャフトであり、前記円板が、前記円板の互いに反対方向を向いた面の周囲に円周に沿って配置された歯を備え、前記パレットアームと相互作用するシャフトと
を備え、
前記遅延機構が起動すると、前記パレットアームは、前記円板の対応するそれぞれの面の歯と交互にかみ合って前記シャフトの回転を遅延させ、前記ウォームギヤは、前記サブシステムと相互作用して、薬剤送達の完了に続いて自動的に前記サブシステムを起動させる
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の薬剤送達システム。 - 前記パレット部材は、前記パレットアームが、前記円板の互いに反対方向を向いた面の周囲に円周に沿って配置された歯と交互にかみ合わない、中立位置にバイアスされていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の薬剤送達システム。
- ベース上の前記薬剤容器から患者へ薬剤を送達する前記針であって、変位可能に前記ベース上に配置された前記針と、
スライドするブラケットと
をさらに備え、
前記薬剤送達システムが、作動ボタンの押下げにより操作を開始すると、前記スライドするブラケットは、スライドして、前記針を変位させて前記ベースを越えて延ばす針駆動機構を起動させ、前記弁を開放して、前記薬剤容器と前記針とを流体接続し、前記プランジャを解放して前記薬剤容器からの薬剤の放出を開始させる
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の薬剤送達システム。 - 前記遅延機構は、コグ歯車およびロッキングアームを含む、脱進機構を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬剤送達システム。
