Claims (15)
- 薬剤送達システムであって、
薬剤容器と、
針と、
前記薬剤容器と前記針の間に配置され、前記薬剤容器を前記針と流体接続するように操作される弁と、
前記薬剤容器からの前記弁および前記針を通る薬剤用量送達の完了前に起動される遅延機構であり、薬剤用量送達の完了後、所定の時間遅延に続いて、用量終了指示サブシステム、針安全サブシステムおよび弁閉鎖サブシステムのうちの少なくとも1つを、自動的に起動させる遅延機構と
を備えることを特徴とする薬剤送達システム。 - 前記薬剤容器に対して変位可能に配置され、前記薬剤容器から薬剤を放出するためのプランジャをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬剤送達システム。
- 前記プランジャの所定の変位が前記遅延機構を起動させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の薬剤送達システム。
- 前記遅延機構は、
前記薬剤容器がその上に配置されたベースと、
前記ベース上に回転可能に配置されたパレット部材であって、対向する一対のパレットアームを有する前記パレット部材と、

その上に配置された回転可能な歯車およびその中に配置された粘性流体を有する制動カートリッジ
を備え、
前記粘性流体によって前記歯車の回転が制動され、
前記遅延機構が起動すると、前記歯車は、前記サブシステムと相互作用して、薬剤用量送達の完了に続いて自動的に前記サブシステムを起動させる
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の薬剤送達システム。 - 前記遅延機構は、
ソレノイドと、
前記ソレノイドに接続されたアームと、
コントローラと、
可搬型電源と
を備え、
前記遅延機構が起動すると、前記コントローラは、前記サブシステムから前記アームを外すように前記ソレノイドを制御して、薬剤用量送達の完了に続いて自動的に前記サブシステムを起動させる
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の薬剤送達システム。
