Claims (11)
- 成形容器内で廃棄物とセメント材料とを混合し、廃棄物に混合させたセメント材料を硬化させることで、前記廃棄物及びセメント材料を含む材料が所定形状に固まった固形物を形成する固形物形成工程と、
所定形状に固まった固形物にセメント材料を付着させ、付着させたセメント材料を硬化させることで、固形物の表面をセメント材料でコーティングするコーティング工程と、
セメント材料でコーティングされた固形物を型枠内に1又は複数収容しかつ型枠内にセメント材料を流し込んで固めることで、セメント材料でコーティングされた固形物が、セメント材料で封じ込められたブロックを形成するブロック形成工程と、を有する、ブロックの製造方法。 - 前記コーティング工程では、槽内に貯留させたセメント材料に前記固形物を所定時間浸漬させた後、前記槽から前記固形物を出して、前記固形物に付着したセメント材料を硬化させることで、前記固形物がセメント材料でコーティングされる、請求項1に記載のブロックの製造方法。
- 前記コーティング工程では、前記固形物に吹き付けたセメント材料を硬化させることで、前記固形物がセメント材料でコーティングされる、請求項1に記載のブロックの製造方法。
- 前記コーティング工程では、セメント材料でコーティングされた固形物がベルトで縛られる、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のブロックの製造方法。
- 前記ブロック形成工程では、前記型枠の内部に複数の鉄筋が配置された状態でセメント材料が流し込まれることで、前記複数の鉄筋が内部に配置されたブロックが形成される、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のブロックの製造方法。
- 廃棄物を含む材料を所定形状に固めた1又は複数の固形物に付着されたセメント材料の硬化により当該固形物の表面がセメント材料でコーティングされているとともに、当該コーティングされた1又は複数の前記固形物が、セメント材料で封じ込められており、
前記固形物は、廃棄物とセメント材料とを含む混合物から形成されたものであり、セメント材料の硬化によって固まっている、ブロック。 - セメント材料でコーティングされてベルトで縛られた前記固形物の1又は複数が、セメント材料に封じ込められている、請求項6に記載のブロック。
- 複数の鉄筋が内部に配置されている請求項6又は7に記載のブロック。
- 前記固形物は、前後左右に複数並設されるとともに上下に複数段積みされた状態でセメント材料に封じ込められている、請求項6乃至8のいずれかに記載のブロック。
- ブロックが複数組み合わされてなる、ブロックの構造体であって、
前記ブロックは、廃棄物を含む材料を所定形状に固めた1又は複数の固形物に付着されたセメント材料の硬化により当該固形物の表面がセメント材料でコーティングされているとともに、当該セメント材料でコーティングされた前記1又は複数の固形物がセメント材料で封じ込められており、
前記固形物は、廃棄物とセメント材料とを含む混合物から形成されたものであり、セメント材料の硬化によって固まっている、ブロックの構造体。 - 前後、左右、或いは上下に隣り合うブロック同士は、鋼材で締結されている請求項10に記載のブロックの構造体。
