Description
より詳細には、本発明は、市場へ輸送されるのを待つ、加工された冷蔵および冷凍食料品を受け取り、保管するための保管システムに関し、この保管システムは、保管セル(storage cells)の第1の格子構造(grid structure)を備え、各保管セルは、保管容器(storage bins)の垂直のスタック(vertical stack)を収容するように配置され、第1の格子構造は、最上レベルを有する。システムは、第1の格子構造の最上レベルで水平に移動するように配置された第1の車両と、格子構造の最上レベルと送達ステーション(delivery station)との間で容器を垂直方向に運搬するように配置された容器リフト装置(bin lift device)とをさらに備える。少なくとも格子構造の区間と遠隔操作車両との間に、断熱材(thermal insulation)が設けられ、格子構造の当該区間は、遠隔操作車両の温度よりも低い温度を有する。車両は、第1の格子構造の最上レベルで保管セルから保管容器を受け取り、容器リフト装置へ保管容器を送達するようにさらに配置される。さらに、容器リフト装置は、第1の格子構造の最上レベルで車両から容器を受け取り、容器を送達ステーションへ運搬するように配置される。
米国特許出願公開第2012/0272500号は、試料コンテナを低温試料保管装置(low temperature sample store)内のスタック内に保管する保管庫について記載する。低温試料保管装置は、スタックを保管庫から取り出す、かつ、保管庫の中に挿入する、保管スタックの上方に懸架されたロボットを備える。
本発明の一実施形態では、冷却保管システムは、保管セルの格子構造であって、各セルが保管容器の垂直のスタックを収容するように配置され、格子構造が最上レベルを有する、格子構造と、格子構造の最上レベルで移動し、格子構造の最上レベルで保管セルから容器を受け取るように配置された少なくとも1つの遠隔操作車両とを備え、少なくとも格子構造の区間と遠隔操作車両との間に断熱材が設けられ、格子構造の当該区間が、遠隔操作車両の温度よりも低い温度を有する。
図2、3、および4は、保管システム21のいくつかの局面を図示する概略上面図および概略側面図である。保管システム21は、保管セル25、26の格子構造を含み、各セルは、保管容器の垂直のスタックを収容するように配置され、格子構造は、最上レベルを有する。少なくとも1つの遠隔操作車両27、27’は、格子構造の最上レベルで移動し、格子構造の最上レベルで保管セルから容器を受け取るように配置される。
低温区間Aと遠隔操作車両との間の断熱は、区間Aがより低温であるのにもかかわらず、車両27’が室温で作動し得ることを意味する。温度が低すぎると車両の性能が低下するので、これは好ましい。特に、車両が電池式の場合、車両の作動時間は、より冷温に比べると、室温において著しく改善される。
Claims (9)
- 冷却保管システムであって、
保管セルの格子構造であって、各保管セルは、互いの上部に積み重ねられた保管容器の垂直のスタックを収容し、前記格子構造が最上レベルを有する、格子構造と、
前記格子構造の前記最上レベルで移動し、前記格子構造の前記最上レベルで保管セルから容器を受け取るように配置された遠隔操作車両と
を備え、
少なくとも前記格子構造の区間と前記遠隔操作車両との間に断熱材が設けられ、前記格子構造の前記区間が、前記遠隔操作車両の温度よりも低い温度を有し、前記断熱材(24)は、前記格子構造(20)の前記最上レベルの各保管セルに配置される複数の断熱カバー(31)を備え、
前記格子構造(20)は、最上レールにより相互接続された複数の支柱を備え、前記冷却保管システム(10)は、前記格子構造(20)の前記最上レール上で移動し前記格子構造(20)の前記最上レベルで保管セル(32)から容器を受け取るように配置される複数の遠隔操作車両(27’)を備え、前記複数の遠隔操作車両(27’)の各々は、車両駆動手段を格納するための第1の区間と、前記保管システム(10)内部のスタック内に保管された最上レベルの保管容器を受け取るための第2の区間と、前記最上レベルの保管容器または断熱カバーを前記第2の区間の中に持ち上げるための、車両本体に少なくとも間接的に接続された単一の車両リフティング装置と、を備える、冷却保管システム。 - 第1の遠隔操作車両(27’)が、前記断熱カバー(31)を持ち上げ、したがって、下にある前記保管セルへのアクセスを与えるように配置され、第2の遠隔操作車両(27’)が、前記保管セル(32)内の前記保管容器(32)を持ち上げるように配置される、請求項1に記載の冷却保管システム。
- 第1の遠隔操作車両(27’)が、前記断熱カバー(31)と前記保管容器の両方を持ち上げるように配置される、請求項1に記載の冷却保管システム。
- 第1の遠隔操作車両(27’)が、前記断熱カバー(31)を近隣の場所へ移動させ、これにより前記保管セル(32)内でアクセス可能となった前記保管容器を回収するために戻るように構成される、請求項1に記載の冷却保管システム。
- 前記格子構造が複数の区間に細分され、前記複数の区間は、断熱材(24)によって互いに分離される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の冷却保管システム。
- 前記複数の区間の少なくとも1つが冷却部(23)に接続される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の冷却保管システム。
- 前記冷却部(23)は蒸発器である、請求項6に記載の冷却保管システム。
- 格子構造の少なくとも2つの区間が存在し、前記2つの区間が異なる温度に冷却される、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の冷却保管システム。
- 前記格子構造の前記最上レベルで車両から容器を受け取り、前記容器を送達ステーションまたはポートへ垂直方向に下方に運搬するように配置された容器リフト装置を備える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の冷却保管システム。
