Abstract

Description
本發明係關於後勤及儲存系統之技術領域。
更具體而言,本發明係關於一種儲存系統,該儲存系統用於接收及儲存等待運往市場之經加工、冷藏及冷凍食物產品,該儲存系統包括儲存單元之第一柵格結構,每一儲存單元經排列以容納儲倉之垂直堆疊,第一柵格結構具有頂層。該系統進一步包括第一載具及倉室升舉裝置,該第一載具經排列以在第一柵格結構之頂層處水平移動,且該倉室升舉裝置經排列以在垂直方向在柵格結構之頂層與交送站之間傳送倉室。在柵格結構之至少一區段與遠端操作載具之間提供絕熱體,且柵格結構之該區段之溫度低於遠端操作載具之溫度。該載具經進一步排列以在第一柵格結構之頂層處接收來自儲存單元之儲倉,且將儲倉交送至倉室升舉裝置。此外,倉室升舉裝置經排列以在第一柵格結構之頂層處接收來自載具之儲倉,且將儲倉傳送至交送站。
申請者已知曉AutoStore系統是引言中提及之儲存系統。AutoStore系統包括三維儲存柵格,該柵格包含彼此上
下堆疊至一定高度之儲倉。儲存柵格經構造為藉由頂軌互連之鋁柱。一定數量個載具或機器人排列在頂軌上。每一載具配備有升舉件,以用於拾取、傳送及放置儲存在儲存柵格中之倉室。
先前技術之此種儲存系統已在第1圖中進行圖示。儲存系統10包括儲存單元之柵格結構20。每一單元經排列以容納儲倉30之垂直堆疊。柵格結構具有頂層。
儲存系統10進一步包括載具40,該載具經排列以在柵格結構之頂層處移動,且亦經排列以在柵格結構之頂層處接收來自儲存單元之倉室。儲存系統10可包括複數個此種載具40,如圖所示。
儲存系統10進一步包括倉室升舉裝置50。倉室升舉裝置50經排列以在第一柵格結構之頂層處接收來自第一載具40之倉室,且在垂直方向上將該倉室向下傳送至交送站或埠60。儲存系統10可包括複數個此種升舉裝置50及埠60,如圖所示。如今的家庭依賴可在冷藏或冷凍狀態下購買之食物之可用性。在食物加工時間與食物到達市場時間之間,經加工食物可保存在分銷商之嚴格控制溫度之倉庫中。為了將儲存與交送之間的時間降至最小,需要高效後勤系統,該等系統可在最短時間內取用及交送正確的食物。
專利US 2165513描述一冷儲藏鎖櫃室,其中手動擷取儲存物品。
專利US 2012272500描述用於在低溫試樣庫中以堆疊方式儲存試樣容器之儲存器。低溫試樣庫配備有懸置在儲
存堆疊上方之機器人,以用於移除堆疊且將堆疊插入儲存器。
然而,該等冷卻儲存器不具有易於擷取正確容器之可能性,且儲存與交送之間的時間將是不可接受的。
本發明之目的是提供冷卻儲存系統,該系統維持先前技術後勤系統之優勢,同時為冷卻產品提供儲存。
已在專利申請範圍中定義本發明。
在本發明之一個實施例中,冷卻儲存系統包括:儲存單元柵格結構,其中每一單元經排列以容納儲倉之垂直堆疊,且該柵格結構具有一頂層;至少一個遠端操作載具,該載具經排列以在柵格結構之頂層處移動,且在柵格結構之頂層處接收來自儲存單元之倉室,其中在柵格結構之至少一區段與遠端操作載具之間提供絕熱體,且柵格結構之該區段之溫度低於遠端操作載具之溫度。
儲存系統在一個實施例中具有總體設計,如第1圖中概略圖示。待儲存之產品排列在儲倉中,該等倉室排列在儲存系統堆疊中。遠端操作載具經調適以從儲存系統拾取儲倉,且在一實施例中包括載具主體、載具升舉裝置、第一組載具滾動手段及第二組載具滾動手段,該載具主體包括用於儲存載具驅動手段之第一區段且用於接收儲存在儲存系統內之堆疊中的任何儲倉之第二區段,該載具升舉裝置至少間接地連接至載具主體,以用於升舉儲倉進入第二區段,該第一組載具滾動手段連接至載具主體,從而容許載具在使用期間在儲存系統內沿第一方向(X)移動,且該第二組載具滾動手段

在一個實施例中,具有相關聯垂直堆疊儲倉之柵格結構被再分為數個區段,例如兩個、三個或更多個區段。該等區段彼此藉由絕熱體而分隔開,該絕熱體如聚苯乙烯、絕熱板或板件、絕熱墊,或其他適合絕熱材料。絕熱體在柵格結構之多個區段之間構成壁或熱障壁,且給予在柵格結構之不同區段中具有不同溫度之可能性。在一個實施例中,至少一個區段連接至冷卻單元,由此在此/此等區段中提供更低溫度。
在一個實施例中,冷卻單元是蒸發器。此上下文中之蒸發器是用於空調系統以容許壓縮冷卻化學品從液體蒸發至氣體,同時在該過程中吸收熱之裝置。冷卻化學品可為例如R-22(氟利昂)或R-410A,或其他適合之化學品。
冷卻儲存系統可進一步包括倉室升舉裝置,該倉室升舉裝置經排列以在第一柵格結構之頂層處自載具接收倉室,且在垂直方向將倉室向下傳送至交送站或埠。此處,可收集倉室之內容物,或可將完整倉室傳送至其目的地。
在一個實施例中,系統包括絕熱蓋,該等蓋係排列在柵格結構之頂層中。絕熱蓋向遠端操作載具提供熱障壁,且有助於在柵格結構中之倉室中維持所需溫度。絕熱蓋經排列以憑藉遠端操作載具而可移動。載具可將一個絕熱蓋移至柵格中另一單元,或在從堆疊移除倉室之同時暫時固持該絕熱蓋。

第2圖、第3圖及第4圖是示意性頂視圖及側視圖,該等圖式圖示儲存系統21之某些態樣。儲存系統21包括:儲存單元25、26之柵格結構,其中每一單元經排列以容納儲倉之垂直堆疊,且該柵格結構具有頂層。至少一個遠端操作載具27、27’經排列以在柵格結構之頂層處移動,且在柵格結構之頂層處接收來自儲存單元之倉室。
此實施例中之柵格結構被分成兩個區段,即A及B,該等區段藉由絕熱體24分隔開。絕熱體24排列在兩個區段之間的壁中。此外,在區段之一(區段A)與遠端操作載
具27’之間提供絕熱體。區段A可由此具有不同於區段B且亦不同於遠端操作載具之溫度。
如第4圖中所見,區段A進一步被分成兩個子區段,即AA及AB,該等子區段亦藉由絕熱體24分隔開。兩個區段AA及AB連接至諸如蒸發器之冷卻單元23,以用於降低儲存系統區段中之溫度。在本此實例中,兩個區段具有不同溫度,區段AA之溫度低於區段AB之溫度。區段AA可例如具有零下15-20℃之溫度,而區段AB則可具有零上3-5℃之溫度。
儲存系統當然可被分為不同於本實例中所圖示之數目之區段,該等區段具有相同或不同溫度。
低溫區段A與遠端操作載具之間的絕熱意謂著載具27’可在室溫下操作,不受區段A之較低溫度影響。此為較佳的,因為如若溫度過低,則載具效能下降。特定而言,如若載具由電池供電,則載具在室溫下操作時間與在更低溫度下操作時間相比顯著增長。
經排列以在柵格結構之頂層處移動之載具27、27’可在整個頂層上自由移動,亦即遍及柵格結構所有區段,且亦在柵格結構之頂層處接收來自任何儲存單元之倉室,且將倉室交送至倉室升舉裝置,如第1圖中所述。
第5圖是示意性側視圖,該圖圖示排列在柵格結構之頂層處的遠端操作載具之某些態樣,例如,如第2-4圖所圖示。柵格結構之低溫區段與遠端操作載具27’之間的絕熱體包括數個絕熱蓋31,該等絕熱蓋排列在柵格結構之頂層處的柵
格結構儲存單元32之頂層處的每一儲存單元處。
遠端操作載具27’經排列以升舉絕熱蓋31,且由此提供對下方儲存單元32之取用。儲存單元32中之儲倉可因此由另一遠端操作載具升舉,或遠端操作載具27’可經排列以能夠升舉絕熱蓋與儲倉兩者。或者,遠端操作載具27’將絕熱蓋31移至相鄰位置,且返回以在儲存單元中收集由此可取用之儲倉。
在已收集儲倉32之後,載具27可將絕熱蓋返回其原位,由此確保柵格結構之該區段之繼續絕熱。

Claims (10)
- 一種冷卻儲存系統,包含:- 一儲存單元柵格結構,其中每一單元經排列以容納一儲倉垂直堆疊,且該柵格結構具有一頂層;- 至少一個遠端操作載具,該載具經排列以在該柵格結構之該頂層處移動,且在該柵格結構之該頂層處接收來自一儲存單元之一倉室;其中在該柵格結構之至少一區段與該遠端操作載具之間提供絕熱體,且該柵格結構之該區段之一溫度低於該遠端操作載具之溫度。
- 如請求項1所述之冷卻儲存系統,其中該柵格結構被再分為數個區段,該等區段彼此藉由絕熱體分隔開。
- 如請求項1或2所述之冷卻儲存系統,其中該等區段之至少一者連接至一冷卻單元。
- 如請求項3所述之冷卻儲存系統,其中該冷卻單元是一蒸發器。
- 如請求項2至4中任一項所述之冷卻儲存系統,其中存在該柵格結構之至少兩個區段,其中該等兩個區段經冷卻至不同溫度。
- 如前述請求項中之一項所述之冷卻儲存系統,包含一倉室升舉裝置,該倉室升舉裝置經排列以在該第一柵格結構之該頂層處自一載具接收一倉室,且在一垂直方向將該倉室向下傳送至一交送站或埠。
- 如前述請求項中之一項所述之冷卻儲存系統,包含絕熱蓋,該等絕熱蓋係排列在該柵格結構之該頂層中,該等絕熱蓋憑藉該遠端操作載具而可移動。
- 如前述請求項中之一項所述之冷卻儲存系統,其中一第一遠端操作載具經排列以升舉該等絕熱蓋31,且由此提供對下方的該等儲存單元32之取用,而一第二遠端操作載具則經排列以在該儲存單元32中升舉該儲倉。
- 如前述請求項中之一項所述之冷卻儲存系統,其中該遠端操作載具經排列以將該絕熱蓋31移至一相鄰位置,且返回以在該儲存單元中收集由此可取用之該儲倉。
