以下、図面に示す実施例を用いて本発明に係る装置及びチューブヘッドを詳細に説明する。

Claims (11)
- 主としてプラスチック材料からなる、容器製品(11)の微生物汚染を減少させる装置であって、プラスチック細粒が該細粒を溶融するエクストルーダ装置(19)へ供給され、該細粒がそれぞれの前記容器製品(11)を得るためにブロー成形し−充填し−封止する生産機械(1)へ案内され、可塑化されたプラスチック材料を前記エクストルーダ装置(19)から前記生産機械(1)へ所望に案内するためのガイド装置(35)を有する、装置において、
少なくとも1つの前記ガイド装置(35)が、次のように、すなわち微生物汚染が圧倒的にポリマーチューブの、負荷の少ないプラスチック材料領域(72)によって包囲される壁内部(71)内へ案内されるように、溶融されたプラスチック材料用の少なくとも1つの流れガイド又は通路ガイド(41、55)を有し、
前記ガイド装置(35)が、前記エクストルーダ装置(19)のそれぞれのミキサー装置(31)に加えて、あるいはその代わりに、プラスチック材料を前記生産機械(1)の型工具(7)へ放出するための、長円状の放出部分(45)を有するチューブヘッド(33)を有しており、前記放出部分(45)はスロット形状に形成され、前記エクストルーダ装置(19)の出口(49)から供給を受ける中央の放出箇所(47)から線形の外表面出口(51)をもたらす、
ことを特徴とする容器製品の微生物汚染を減少させる装置。 - 前記エクストルーダ装置(19)が前記生産機械(1)の方向の出口側に、主として分配的に混合するミキサー装置(31)を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- ミキサー装置(31)が、プラスチックストリング(43)内に微生物汚染を均質に分配する、流れガイド又は通路ガイド(41)を有する、静的に構成された溶融物ミキサーである、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- チューブヘッド(33)がハウジング(53)を有し、該ハウジング内に前記ガイド装置(35)の部分として2つのガイドトラック(55)が配置されており、該ガイドトラックがそれぞれ、プラスチック溶融物のための最も高い供給点から始まって、平面内に位置するように、該平面内で外側へ向かって下降する2つの供給ストリング(56)を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- それぞれ2つの供給ストリング(56)が、供給点(59)を結合しながらこの平面から始まってすべての側へ向かって、チューブヘッドハウジング(53)内にスロット形状の前記放出部分(45)をもたらす、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- それぞれ2つのガイドトラック(55)が、前記生産機械(1)の方向に、変化しない放出横断面を有して先細になっており、外表面出口(51)の側で均一な放出速度が前記外表面出口(51)に関してもたらされる、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- それぞれ2つのガイドトラック(55)が、前記エクストルーダ装置(19)の放出方向に対して平行なチューブヘッド(33)の長手軸線(57)内で対称に(図3b)延びるように配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 2つのガイドトラック(55)がチューブヘッド(33)内で外周側に収容部(69)を画成し、該収容部が前記生産機械(1)の充填突起によって貫通可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- チューブヘッド(33)内の2つのガイドトラック(55)が、ハウジング(53)内で外周側を画成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記エクストルーダ装置(19)によって共押し出し成形方法が実施され、それが、閉鎖されて充填された容器製品(11)の壁の多層の構造をもたらし、
このように共押し出し成形された容器(11)の内表面を形成するポリマーのみが、微生物汚染の減少を受ける、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の装置。 - 請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の装置において使用するための、チューブヘッドにおいて、
チューブヘッド(33)がハウジング(53)を有し、該ハウジング内にガイド装置(35)の部分としての2つのガイドトラック(55)が配置されており、該ガイドトラックがそれぞれ、プラスチック溶融物のためのもっとも高い供給点(59)から始まって、1つの平面内に位置するように、該平面内で外側へ向かって下降する2つの供給ストリング(56)を有しており、該供給ストリングが供給点(59)を結合しながら、前記平面から始まってすべての側へ向かって、後段の容器製品のためのそれ自体閉鎖されたプラスチック材料を放出するための、スロット形状の放出部分をチューブヘッドハウジング(53)内に形成する、ことを特徴とするチューブヘッド。
