Claims (1)
- 容器に貯留された液体を圧送するポンプと、
前記ポンプより圧送される液体に対して気体を混入して気泡混合液を生成するアスピレータと、
先端が、前記容器の壁面に対して喫水より上の位置で並行に開かれており、前記アスピレータからの気泡混合液を前記先端から、前記壁面の形状に沿って広がった液膜を形成するように噴出するノズルと、
前記液膜と前記容器壁面との間に形成されるキャビテーションで、前記液体に含まれる気泡の粒径を調整する、前記容器壁面の形状を利用した粒径調整板と、
前記粒径調整板からの液に対して超音波を掛ける超音波発信器と、
を備えたことを特徴とするナノバブル生成装置。
