Claims (3)
- 液体を圧送するポンプと、
前記ポンプより圧送される液に対して気体を混入して気泡混合液を生成するアスピレータと、
前記アスピレータからの噴出される気泡混合液を外部に噴出するノズルと、
前記ノズルから噴出される液に噴出方向と並行に配置された状態で、前記噴出された液を受けて、液膜で覆われたかyビテーションを形成する粒径調整板と、
前記粒径調整板からの液に対して超音波を掛ける超音波発信器と
を備えたことを特徴とするナノバブル生成装置。 - 前記粒径調整板として前記液を溜める容器の壁面を利用した請求項1に記載のナノバブル生成装置。
- 前記ノズルの液噴出口が喫水位置より上の位置である請求項1または2に記載のナノバブル生成装置。
