Description

Claims (12)
- ラボラトリ自動化システムにおいて試験管(5)を移送するための試験管キャリアであって、
基体(2)と、
前記基体(2)に取り付けられた少なくとも3つのセンタリング指部(3)であって、前記センタリング指部(3)が中心軸(A)周りに分配されており、各センタリング指部(3)が、細長い曲がった弾性要素(30)および前記弾性要素(30)よりも高い剛性を有する支柱(32)を備えており、前記支柱(32)が前記中心軸(A)に平行に延在している、センタリング指部(3)と、
を備え、
前記弾性要素(30)の第1の端部(300)が、上側位置(320)において前記支柱(32)に固定して取り付けられている、試験管キャリアにおいて、
試験管(5)が前記センタリング指部(3)の間に挿入されるときおよび試験管(5)がない場合には、前記弾性要素(30)の第2の端部(302)が、前記基体(2)と前記上側位置(320)との間の下側位置において前記支柱(32)と接触すること、および、前記第1の端部(300)と前記第2の端部(302)との間の前記弾性要素(30)の接触部分が、前記中心軸(A)に向かって突出しており、
前記弾性要素(30)のうちの少なくとも1つの弾性要素の前記第2の端部(302)が、前記支柱(32)に前記下側位置(322)において固定して取り付けられているとともに、前記接触部分と前記第1の端部(300)との間に第1の枢動脚部が配置され、前記接触部分と前記第2の端部(302)との間に第2の枢動脚部が配置され、前記接触部分と各枢動脚部とがヒンジを介して結合され、
前記弾性要素(30)と前記支柱(32)が平行四辺形を形成することで、試験管(5)を受ける際に各枢動脚部が同じ角度方向に旋回することを可能としたことを特徴とする、試験管キャリア。 - 異なる直径の試験管を受けるために、前記弾性要素(30)が、前記支柱(32)に向かってまたはそれから離れるように前記接触部分を平行に変位させる弾性的な変形に適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の試験管キャリア。
- 前記接触部分が、前記中心軸(A)に平行に延在する画成された長さの不連続なまたは連続した接触線に沿って、受けられる試験管(5)と接触するように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の試験管キャリア。
- 前記弾性要素(30)が弾性金属帯の形態であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の試験管キャリア。
- 前記弾性金属帯(30)のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記受けられる試験管(5)と接触するように前記中心軸(A)に平行に延在する基部(304)を有するU字形の部材を形成するように曲げられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の試験管キャリア。
- 前記支柱(32)と第1の枢動脚部とが鋭角を形成することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の試験管キャリア。
- 前記第2の枢動脚部が、前記第1の枢動脚部に平行に延在することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の試験管キャリア。
- 前記U字形の部材の前記基部(304)が、少なくとも2つの別個の接触領域(305、306)を有する接触部分を形成するように曲げられることを特徴とする、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の試験管キャリア。
- 前記基体(2)が、試験管(5)の底部を収容するように適合された凹部(20)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の試験管キャリア。
- 前記支柱(32)のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記基体(2)に解放可能に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の試験管キャリア。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の複数の試験管キャリア(1)を有する、ラボラトリ分配システム。
- 請求項11に記載の分配システム(4)を有する分析前段階、分析段階、および/または分析後段階の複数のステーションを備える、ラボラトリ自動化システム。
