Claims (1)
- 相互の噛合いによって動力を伝達する第1ギヤおよび第2ギヤと、前記第1ギヤが固定された第1回転軸および前記第2ギヤが固定された第2回転軸と、第1軸受を介して前記第1回転軸を支持するとともに第2軸受を介して前記第2回転軸を支持するケースとを備え、前記第1回転軸および前記第2回転軸は互いに平行な回転軸線まわりに回転させられ、前記第1軸受および前記第2軸受は外輪および内輪を有する転がり軸受であり、前記ケースは、前記第1ギヤおよび前記第2ギヤ、前記第1回転軸および前記第2回転軸、および前記第1軸受および前記第2軸受よりも大きな熱膨張係数を有する車両用動力伝達装置であって、
前記第1回転軸の少なくとも一方の端部および前記第2回転軸の少なくとも一方の端部にそれぞれ中空の円筒状軸端部が設けられ、
前記第1回転軸の前記円筒状軸端部の内径側に前記第1軸受の外輪が圧入されるとともに、前記第1軸受の内輪が前記ケースから突設された第1支持軸部に嵌め合わされることによって、前記第1回転軸の少なくとも一方の端部が前記ケースに支持され、
前記第2回転軸の前記円筒状軸端部の内径側に前記第2軸受の外輪が圧入されるとともに、前記第2軸受の内輪が前記ケースから突設された第2支持軸部に嵌め合わされることによって、前記第2回転軸の少なくとも一方の端部が前記ケースに支持される
ことを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置。
