Claims (17)
- 全血サンプル(99)に含まれる血漿分画(97)中の物質(96)を光学的に検出するセンサであって、前記センサが、
前面(3)、及び前記前面(3)の逆側を向いた後面(4)を有する半透明板(2)であって、前記前面(3)が全血サンプル(99)と接触するよう構成され、孔(6)を含む半透明板(2)、
前記半透明板(2)の前記前面(3)にある反射層(5)であって、前記半透明板(2)から前記反射層に到達した光を反射するよう構成された反射層(5)、並びに
前記半透明板(2)を光学的に検査するよう構成された光源(10)及び検出器(20)、を含み、
前記光源(10)が、前記半透明板(2)内の少なくとも前記孔(6)を照射するように構成されており、前記検出器(20)が、前記光源(10)による照射(11)に応じて前記孔(6)から出現する光(21)を受光するように配置されており、更に、前記検出器(20)が、前記検出した光を示す信号を生成するよう構成されており、
前記半透明板(2)内の前記孔(6)が、前記前面(3)にある各々の開口部(7)から前記反射層(5)を通過し前記半透明板(2)内へと延びる、一端が閉じた孔(6)であり、
前記孔(6)の前記開口部(7)の断面寸法が、前記全血サンプル(99)に含まれる前記血漿分画(97)中の前記物質(96)が前記孔(6)に進入することができるものの、赤血球(98)の前記孔への進入を妨げるものとなっており、
前記孔(6)が、前記半透明板(2)をトラックエッチングすることにより形成される、
センサ。 - 前記センサが、全血サンプル(99)中の遊離ヘモグロビン(96)を前記光学的に検出するよう構成されており、
前記孔(6)の前記開口部(7)の断面寸法が、遊離ヘモグロビン(96)が前記孔(6)に進入することができるものの、赤血球(98)の前記孔(6)への進入を妨げるものとなっている、請求項1に記載のセンサ。 - 前記孔(6)の前記開口部(7)の断面寸法が、約1μm以下、約800nm以下、好ましくは約500nm以下、若しくは約400nm以下であり、及び/又は前記孔(6)の、前記孔(6)に沿った軸方向の長さが、100μm未満、50μm未満、好ましくは30μm未満である、請求項1又は2に記載のセンサ。
- 孔(6)を含む所与の容積の前記半透明板(2)の孔隙率が、50容積%〜5容積%、30容積%〜10容積%又は約15容積%である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ。
- 前記孔の総容積(V)を、前記孔(6)の前記開口部(7)が分布した前面面積(A)で除したものとして定義される等価孔隙容積深さ(δ)が、20μm未満、あるいは10μm未満、又は好ましくは約5μm以下である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ。
- 前記孔(6)の内壁表面が、親水性コーティングでコーティングされている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ。
- 前記光源(10)が、斜め入射の照射ビーム(11)を前記半透明板(2)の前記後面(4)から与えるよう構成されており、
照射角度が、前記半透明板(2)の前記前面(3)によって規定される基準面の面法線に対する前記入射ビーム(11)の角度として定義される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ。 - 前記検出器(20)が、前記半透明板(2)の前記後面(4)から斜めに出現した光(21)を集めるよう構成されており、
検出角度が、前記半透明板(2)の前記前面(3)によって規定される基準面の面法線に対する、前記検出器(20)に向かう前記出現光(21)の伝播角度として定義される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ。 - 入射面及び検出面が面法線で交差し、少なくとも0度、及び180度未満、好ましくは160度未満、好ましくは130度未満、又は好ましくは約90度の方位角を囲み、
前記入射面が、照射ビーム(11)及び前記基準面の前記面法線の方向に張られ、
前記検出面が、前記検出器(20)に向かって伝播する前記出現光(21)及び前記基準面の前記面法線の方向に張られる、請求項8に記載のセンサ。 - 前記半透明板には、前記孔(6)内の、前記半透明板(2)の前記前面(3)にある前記開口部(7)に隣接した口部内に配置された反射性部材(51、52)が更に設けられている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ。
- 前記更なる反射性部材(52)が、前記孔(6)の、前記開口部(7)近傍にある、前記口部の周囲の一部分のみを覆う、反射性コーティングとして付与され、前記一部分は、約70%以下及び好ましくは約50%以下である、請求項10に記載のセンサ。
- 全血サンプル(99)を分析するためのシステムであって、前記システムが、
前記全血サンプル(99)を供給及び排出するための、流入口及び排出口を有するサンプルチャンバ(100)、
前記全血サンプル(99)に含まれる血漿相(97)中の物質(96)の濃度を示す第1信号を与えるよう構成された第1検出器、
並びに
1つ以上の更なる検出器であって、その各々が、前記全血サンプル(99)の血液パラメータを表す、対応する更なる信号を与えるよう構成されている検出器、を含み、
前記第1及び更なる検出器が、前記第1及び1種以上の更なる信号を前記同一の全血サンプル(99)から得るよう動作可能であり、
前記第1検出器が、前記全血サンプル(99)に含まれる前記血漿相(97)中の前記物質(96)の前記光学的に検出するための、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のセンサとして構成されている、システム。 - 前記第1信号に基づき、1種以上の前記更なる信号に関する出力を与えるよう構成されたプロセッサを更に含む、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記出力が、前記全血サンプル中の遊離ヘモグロビン濃度を表す印である、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 全血サンプル中の遊離ヘモグロビンを光学的に検出するのに使用する多孔質ミラー(1)であって、前記ミラー(1)が、
前面(3)、及び前記前面(3)の逆側を向いた後面(4)を有し、前記前面(3)が前記全血サンプル(99)と接触するよう構成された半透明板(2)、並びに
前記半透明板(2)の前記前面(3)に適用された反射層(5)であって、前記半透明板(2)から前記反射層(5)に到達した光を反射するよう構成された反射層(5)、を含み、
前記半透明板(2)には、前記前面にある各々の開口部(7)から前記半透明板(2)
内へと延びる、一端が閉じた孔(6)が設けられており、前記孔(6)の前記開口部(7)の断面寸法が、遊離ヘモグロビン(96)は前記孔(6)に進入することができるものの、赤血球(98)の前記孔(6)への進入を妨げるものとなっており、
前記孔(6)が、前記半透明板(2)をトラックエッチングすることにより形成される、

前記孔(6)の前記開口部(7)の断面寸法が、前記全血サンプル(99)に含まれる前記血漿分画(97)中の前記物質(96)が前記孔(6)に進入することができるものの、赤血球(98)の前記孔への進入を妨げるものとなっており、
前記半透明板には、前記孔(6)内の、前記半透明板(2)の前記前面(3)にある前記開口部(7)に隣接した口部内に配置された反射性部材(51、52)が更に設けられている、
センサ。 - 前記更なる反射性部材(52)が、前記孔(6)の、前記開口部(7)近傍にある、前記口部の周囲の一部分のみを覆う、反射性コーティングとして付与され、前記一部分は、約70%以下及び好ましくは約50%以下である、請求項16に記載のセンサ。
