エンジンと、
第1モータと、
前記エンジンと前記第1モータと車軸に連結された駆動軸とに3つの回転要素が接続された遊星歯車機構と、
前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な第2モータと、
前記第1モータを駆動する第1インバータと、
前記第1インバータと正極母線および負極母線を共通にして前記第2モータを駆動する第2インバータと、
負極端子が前記負極母線に接続された蓄電装置と、
前記正極母線に接続された上アームとしての第1トランジスタと、前記第1トランジスタに逆方向に並列接続された第1ダイオードと、前記第1トランジスタと前記負極母線とに接続された下アームとしての第2トランジスタと、前記第2トランジスタに逆方向に並列接続された第2ダイオードと、前記第1トランジスタと前記第2トランジスタとの接続点と前記蓄電装置の正極端子とに接続されたリアクトルと、を有し、前記第1インバータおよび第2インバータ側の電圧を前記蓄電装置側の電圧以上に調整可能な昇圧コンバータと、
前記正極母線と前記負極母線とに接続された平滑用のコンデンサと、
を備えるハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記昇圧コンバータに異常が生じたとき、前記昇圧コンバータを遮断すると共に前記コンデンサの電圧が前記蓄電装置の電圧よりも大きくなるよう前記第1モータと前記第2モータとを駆動しながら走行する蓄電装置不使用走行を実行し、前記蓄電装置不使用走行を実行している最中に前記蓄電装置が充電したとき又は前記コンデンサの電圧が前記蓄電装置の電圧に近づいたときに前記昇圧コンバータの上アームが短絡していると判定する制御装置を備える、
ことを要旨とする。

Claims (5)
- エンジンと、
第1モータと、
前記エンジンと前記第1モータと車軸に連結された駆動軸とに3つの回転要素が接続された遊星歯車機構と、
前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な第2モータと、
前記第1モータを駆動する第1インバータと、
前記第1インバータと正極母線および負極母線を共通にして前記第2モータを駆動する第2インバータと、
負極端子が前記負極母線に接続された蓄電装置と、
前記正極母線に接続された上アームとしての第1トランジスタと、前記第1トランジスタに逆方向に並列接続された第1ダイオードと、前記第1トランジスタと前記負極母線とに接続された下アームとしての第2トランジスタと、前記第2トランジスタに逆方向に並列接続された第2ダイオードと、前記第1トランジスタと前記第2トランジスタとの接続点と前記蓄電装置の正極端子とに接続されたリアクトルと、を有し、前記第1インバータおよび第2インバータ側の電圧を前記蓄電装置側の電圧以上に調整可能な昇圧コンバータと、
前記正極母線と前記負極母線とに接続された平滑用のコンデンサと、
を備えるハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記昇圧コンバータに異常が生じたとき、前記昇圧コンバータを遮断すると共に前記コンデンサの電圧が前記蓄電装置の電圧よりも大きくなるよう前記第1モータと前記第2モータとを駆動しながら走行する蓄電装置不使用走行を実行し、前記蓄電装置不使用走行を実行している最中に前記蓄電装置が充電したとき又は前記コンデンサの電圧が前記蓄電装置の電圧に近づいたときに前記昇圧コンバータの上アームが短絡していると判定する制御装置を備える、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記昇圧コンバータの上アームが短絡していると判定した場合、前記昇圧コンバータの上アームをオンした状態で前記蓄電装置の充放電を伴って走行する上アームオン走行へ移行する、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項2記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記昇圧コンバータの上アームが短絡していると判定した場合、前記第1インバータおよび前記第2インバータをゲート遮断すると共に前記エンジンを自立運転する走行状態を経由して前記上アームオン走行へ移行する、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1ないし3いずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記第1モータまたは前記第2モータの逆起電圧が前記蓄電装置の電圧よりも大きいときには、前記逆起電圧と前記コンデンサの電圧との電圧差に基づいて前記昇圧コンバータの上アームが短絡しているか否かを判定し、前記逆起電圧が前記蓄電装置の電圧以下のときには、前記蓄電装置不使用走行を実行して前記蓄電装置が充電したか又は前記コンデンサの電圧が前記蓄電装置の電圧に近づいたかにより前記昇圧コンバータの上アームが短絡しているか否かを判定する、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項4記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
入力軸が前記遊星歯車機構の回転要素に接続され、前記入力軸と前記駆動軸との間で変速比の変更を伴って動力の伝達を行なう変速機を備え、
前記第2モータは、前記変速機の入力軸に接続されている、
ハイブリッド自動車。
