Claims (9)
- 内部に冷却媒体が流れ、第1材料で製作され、並んで配置された複数の配管で構成させるガス化炉壁の少なくとも一部は、
前記複数の配管のそれぞれの周囲に積層され、前記配管よりも耐食性が高い第2材料で製作された外周部と、
前記外周部と隣接する前記外周部との間に配置された板材と、
前記外周部と前記板材とを連結する溶接部と、を有し、
前記外周部と前記板材とで内部空間と外部空間とを分離する壁面を構成し、
前記外周部は、前記複数の配管の周方向の全域を覆っており、
前記第1材料の熱伝導率に対する前記第2材料の熱伝導率の比率が0.45以上0.7以下であるとともに、
前記第1材料の熱膨張率に対する前記第2材料の熱膨張率の比率が0.9以上1.1以下であることを特徴とするガス化炉壁。 - 前記板材は、前記配管よりも耐食性が高い第3材料で製作されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス化炉壁。
- 前記内部空間は、1500℃以上のガスが通過することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のガス化炉壁。
- 前記内部空間は、腐食性雰囲気であり、
前記外部空間は、非腐食性雰囲気であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のガス化炉壁。 - 前記内部空間は、前記外部空間よりも高温のガスが流れることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のガス化炉壁。
- 前記外周部は、厚みが0より大きく5mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のガス化炉壁。
- 炭素含有固体燃料をガス化して可燃性ガスを生成する請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のガス化炉壁を備えるガス化装置と、
前記ガス化装置で生成した前記可燃性ガスの少なくとも一部を燃焼させることで回転駆動するガスタービンと、
前記ガスタービンから排出されるタービン排ガスを導入する排熱回収ボイラで生成した蒸気により回転駆動する蒸気タービンと、
前記ガスタービンおよび前記蒸気タービンと連結された発電機と、を備えることを特徴とするガス化複合発電設備。 - 第1材料で製作された複数の配管のそれぞれの外周全周に前記第1材料よりも耐食性の高い第2材料の肉盛溶接で外周部を形成するステップと、
前記外周部を形成した前記配管と前記外周部を形成した他の前記配管との間に板材を配置するステップと、
前記板材と前記外周部とを溶接し、前記板材と前記外周部とを固定する溶接部を形成するステップと、を備え、
前記第1材料の熱伝導率に対する前記第2材料の熱伝導率の比率が0.45以上0.7以下であるとともに、
前記第1材料の熱膨張率に対する前記第2材料の熱膨張率の比率が0.9以上1.1以下であることを特徴とするガス化炉壁の製造方法。 - 前記外周部を形成するステップは、前記配管を回転させつつ肉盛溶接を行い、前記外周部を前記配管の外周の全域に形成するらせん肉盛溶接によることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のガス化炉壁の製造方法。
