    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 組成がＣｒ、　Ｎｉおよび不可避的不純価で全体の８０
    ｗｔ％以上が４０〜１００μｍの粒径そある溶射材料を
    用いたプラズマ溶射法によって、ボイラ管壁の火炉面に
    厚さが０．１ｍ以上の溶射皮膜を形成してなることを特
    徴とする耐食管壁。
