Description
液体を保持する容器と、
この容器に保持された液体を揮発させるヒーターと、
材料を収容するチェンバーと、
出口と
を備え、使用時にヒーターによって揮発した液体が蒸気およびエアロゾルの少なくとも一方の形体でチェンバーに収容された材料内を通過して、この材料から1種以上の成分を同伴して吸入可能な媒体を作り、この媒体が出口から出るように構成されている。
容器に保持された液体を揮発させることと、
揮発した液体で形成された蒸気およびエアロゾルの少なくとも一方を材料内に通過させることによって、蒸気およびエアロゾルの少なくとも一方に材料の1種以上の成分を同伴して吸入可能な媒体を発生させることと、
上記吸入可能な媒体を出口から出すことと
を含む。
液体を保持する容器と、
固体材料を収容する受器と、
を備え、
カートリッジは、使用時に容器から出る気化した蒸気およびエアロゾルの少なくとも一方の形体の液体が、受器により収容された固体材料内を流れるように構成されている。
Claims (40)
- 液体を保持する容器と、
容器から液体を吸い上げる芯と、
容器から芯に吸い上げられた液体を揮発させるヒーターと、
材料を収容する第1のチェンバーと、
出口と
を備える、吸入可能な媒体を発生させる装置であって、
使用時にヒーターで揮発した液体が蒸気およびエアロゾルの少なくとも一方の形体でチェンバーに収容された材料内を通過して、それによって材料から1種以上の成分を同伴して、出口から外に出る吸入可能な媒体を生成するように構成されており、
液体を保持する容器は、第2の環状のチェンバーの形体であり、
芯はヒーターを取り囲む環状の芯である
装置。 - 容器に保持された液体を揮発させるヒーターは、液体を気化させるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- ヒーターの下流かつ第1のチェンバーの上流に冷却器または冷却域を備え、冷却器または冷却域は気化した液体を冷却して、使用時に第1のチェンバー内に収容された材料内を通過する液滴のエアロゾルを形成するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の装置。
- 容器に含まれた液体を揮発させるヒーターは、液体を加熱してエアロゾルを形成するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 第1のチェンバーに収容された材料を加熱する第2のヒーターを備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 第1のチェンバーは装置から外すことができることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5いずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 第1のチェンバーは装置から外すことができないことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5いずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 液体容器は取り外し可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7いずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 液体容器および第1のチェンバーは一体の構成単位であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8いずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 材料は固体であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9いずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 材料はタバコを含むことを特徴とする請求項10記載の装置。
- 容器はニコチンを含む液体を収容することを特徴とする請求項1乃至11いずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 容器は、グリセリンである、またはグリセリンを含む液体を収容することを特徴とする請求項1乃至12いずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 容器は香味料を収容することを特徴とする請求項1乃至13いずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 装置は電池で駆動されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至14いずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 各ヒーターは電気抵抗式ヒーターであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至15いずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 第1のチェンバーはその中に収容された材料を有し、さらにその材料はニコチンで強化された材料であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至16いずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 液体を保持する容器、容器から液体を吸い上げる芯、容器から芯に吸い上げられた液体を揮発させるヒーター、出口を備え、容器は環状のチェンバーの形体であり、芯はヒーターを取り囲む環状の芯である装置を用いて吸入可能な媒体を発生させる方法であって、
容器から芯に吸い上げられた前記液体を揮発させることと、
揮発した液体で形成された蒸気およびエアロゾルの少なくとも一方を材料内に通過させることによって、材料から1種以上の成分を蒸気およびエアロゾルの少なくとも一方に取り入れて、吸入可能な媒体を発生させることと、
吸入可能な媒体を出口から出すことと
を含む
方法。 - 容器に保持された液体を加熱することは液体の少なくとも一部を気化させることを特徴とする請求項18記載の方法。
- 気化した液体を装置の冷却器または冷却域内を通過させて、材料内を通過する液滴のエアロゾルを形成することを含むことを特徴とする請求項19記載の方法。
- 前記容器に含まれた液体を前記揮発させることは液体を加熱してエアロゾルを形成する、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 材料を装置の第2のヒーターを用いて加熱することを含むことを特徴とする請求項18乃至21いずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 材料は装置に固体で収容されていることを特徴とする請求項18乃至22いずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 材料はタバコを含むことを特徴とする請求項23記載の方法。
- 液体はニコチンを含むことを特徴とする請求項18乃至24いずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 液体はグリセリンである、またはグリセリンを含むことを特徴とする請求項18乃至25いずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 液体は香味料である、または香味料を含むことを特徴とする請求項18乃至26いずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 材料はニコチンで強化された材料であることを特徴とする請求項18乃至27いずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 液体を保持する容器と、
容器から液体を吸い上げる芯と、
固体材料を収容する受器と
を備える吸入可能な媒体を発生させる装置で使用するカートリッジであって、
使用時に容器を出た揮発した液体が蒸気およびエアロゾルの少なくとも一方の形体で受器に収容された固体材料内を流れることができるように構成されており、
液体を保持する容器は、環状のチェンバーの形体であり、
芯はヒーターを取り囲む環状の芯である
カートリッジ。 - 容器と結合され、容器に保持された液体を使用時に揮発させるヒーターを備えることを特徴とする請求項29記載のカートリッジ。
- 受器と結合され、受器に収容された固体材料を使用時に加熱するヒーターを備えることを特徴とする請求項29または30に記載のカートリッジ。
- 容器は、揮発した液体を容器から外に出せるようにした1つ以上の開口を有することを特徴とする請求項29乃至31いずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 材料は固体材料であることを特徴とする請求項29乃至32いずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 材料はタバコを含むことを特徴とする請求項33記載のカートリッジ。
- 容器は液体を保持することを特徴とする請求項29乃至34いずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 液体はニコチンを含むことを特徴とする請求項35記載のカートリッジ。
- 液体はグリセリンである、またはグリセリンを含むことを特徴とする請求項35または36記載のカートリッジ。
- 液体は香味料である、または香味料を含むことを特徴とする請求項35乃至37いずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 受器はさらにチェンバーを備えることを特徴とする請求項29乃至38いずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 受器はその中に収容された材料を有し、さらにその材料はニコチンで強化された材料であることを特徴とする請求項29乃至39いずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
