Claims (8)
- 車道(12)に無停止計量(WIM)センサ(4)を装備する方法であって、前記装備されたWIMセンサ(4)が前記車道(12)を走行している車両の重量力を検出し、前記車道(12)が表層(1)及び前記表層(1、1’)に直接隣接する基層(2)を有する、方法において、前記車道(12)に、溝(3)であって前記基層(2)まで延びる溝(3)が作られ、前記WIMセンサ(4)が前記溝(3)に挿入され、前記溝(3)にグラウト(5)が注入され、前記溝(3)が、前記溝(3)に導入された前記WIMセンサ(4)が前記基層(2)の基層表面(20)を越えて突設しないような深さまで前記基層(2)に作られ、前記溝(3)に、グラウト(5)が前記表層(1)の表層表面(10)と同じ高さになるだけのグラウト(5)が打設されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 車道(12)に無停止計量(WIM)センサ(4)を装備する方法であって、前記装備されたWIMセンサ(4)が前記車道(12)を走行している車両の重量力を検出し、前記車道(12)が表層(1)及び前記表層(1、1’)に直接隣接する基層(2)を有する、方法において、前記車道(12)に、溝(3)であって前記基層(2)まで延びる溝(3)が作られ、前記WIMセンサ(4)が前記溝(3)に挿入され、前記溝(3)にグラウト(5)が注入され、前記溝(3)が、前記溝(3)に導入された前記WIMセンサ(4)が前記基層(2)の基層表面(20)を越えて突設しないような深さまで前記基層(2)に作られ、前記溝(3)に、グラウト(5)が前記基層(2)の基層表面(20)と同じ高さになるだけのグラウト(5)が打設され、前記溝(3)にグラウト5を打設した後、前記基層(2)上に表層(1)が施工されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記WIMセンサ(4)が、導入装置(6)を用いて前記溝(3)の中央に導入されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記WIMセンサ(4)が、前記基層(2)の前記基層表面(20)下に安全距離(21)を置いて前記導入装置(6)を用いて懸架されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記WIMセンサ(4)が、前記溝(3)の底の上に固定距離(31)を置いて前記導入装置(6)を用いて懸架されることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
- 前記WIMセンサ(4)が、導入装置(6)を用いて前記溝(3)の中央に導入され、前記溝(3)に、打設されたグラウト(5)が前記導入装置(6)に当接するだけのグラウト(5)が打設されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 摩耗した表層(1)が除去され、新たな表層(1’)が施工されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれかに記載の方法で使用するための無停止計量(WIM)センサ(4)であって、前記WIMセンサ(4)が力導入フランジ(41)を備え、前記力導入フランジ(41)が上面(410)を有し、前記上面(410)にはカバーがなく、
前記WIMセンサ(4)が隔離部材(45、45’)を備え、前記隔離部材(45、45’)が、前記力導入フランジ(41)の側面(411、411’)に延びていて、前記力導入フランジ(41)の頂部に硬化グロウトがなく、前記隔離部材(45、45’)が、低圧縮率且つ低弾性率の材料でできており、前記隔離部材(45、45’)が、前記力導入フランジ(41)の側壁(411、411’)まで届くことを特徴とする、WIMセンサ(4)。
