Description
− 液体状態の二酸化ケイ素前駆体中に、ゼオライト族の前記ミネラルを浸漬させ続ける工程、
− 二酸化ケイ素前駆体中に浸漬させたゼオライト族の前記ミネラルを有機溶媒に添加し、得られた溶液を撹拌下に維持する工程、
− 前記溶液に二酸化ケイ素の合成のための触媒を添加する工程、
− 沈殿剤を添加することにより、二酸化ケイ素を含むゼオライト族のミネラルのマトリックスを沈殿させる工程、および、
− 前の操作で沈殿したマトリックスを分離し、洗浄する工程。
3つの比較コンパウンド(A〜C)および1つの本発明に係るコンパウンド(D)を調製した。
(第1の混合工程)
混合に先だって、接線式ローターを有する内部容積230〜270リットルのミキサーに、架橋性不飽和鎖を有するポリマーベース、二酸化ケイ素、シラン結合剤、および、予定されている場合、複合ミネラルまたはゼオライト族ミネラルを充填し、充填率66〜72%とした。
第1の混合工程から得られた混合物に、加硫システム、酸化亜鉛および酸化防止剤を添加し、充填率63〜67%とした。
− 100gのゼオライト上に250gのテトラエトキシシランを堆積させ;
− 上記のように処理したゼオライトを1.5LのTHFに懸濁させ、得られた懸濁液を24時間ゆっくり撹拌し;
− n−ヘキシルアミン5gおよび水58gを懸濁液に加え、これを周囲温度で30時間撹拌し;
− アセトンの添加によって沈殿を誘導し;
− その後、沈殿したゼオライトマトリックスを分離し、乾燥させた。
Claims (9)
- 架橋性不飽和鎖を有するポリマーベースと;二酸化ケイ素を含むフィラーと;シラン結合剤と;加硫システムとを含む、タイヤを製造するための二酸化ケイ素含有ゴムコンパウンドであって、
前記フィラーは、二酸化ケイ素の層が堆積された、ゼオライト族のミネラルからなる複合ミネラルを含む、ゴムコンパウンド。 - 前記フィラーは、50〜95phrの二酸化ケイ素および5〜50phrの前記複合ミネラルを含む、請求項1に記載のゴムコンパウンド。
- 前記フィラーは、70〜90phrの二酸化ケイ素および10〜30phrの前記複合ミネラルを含む、請求項2に記載のゴムコンパウンド。
- 前記複合ミネラルは、85〜95重量部のゼオライトおよび5〜15重量部の二酸化ケイ素から構成される、請求項1〜3のいずれ一項に記載のゴムコンパウンド。
- ゼオライト族の前記ミネラルは、全容積の15〜50%の範囲の空容積を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれ一項に記載のゴムコンパウンド。
- 5〜10phrの前記シラン結合剤を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれ一項に記載のゴムコンパウンド。
- 二酸化ケイ素の層が堆積された、ゼオライト族のミネラルからなる複合ミネラルの、タイヤの製造のためのゴムコンパウンドにおける使用。
- 前記複合ミネラルは、85〜95重量部のゼオライトおよび5〜15重量部の二酸化ケイ素から構成される、請求項7に記載の使用。
- ゼオライト族の前記ミネラルは、全容積の15〜50%の範囲の空容積を有する、請求項7または8に記載の使用。
