[1]厚さ方向に積層された同一のまたは異なる2以上の基材シートと、前記基材シートのシート間に設けられた少なくとも1の芳香機能性接合層とを備え、前記芳香機能性接合層は、接合剤および液体香料を含み、前記接合剤100質量部に対する前記液体香料中のアルコール成分の含有量が2〜20質量部である、芳香シート、および
[2][1]記載の芳香シートを備える、物品に関する。
撹拌機、還流冷却管、窒素導入管、温度計を備えた4口フラスコにキシリレンジイソシアネート66.52部、ポリカーボネートポリオール(クラレポリオールC−1015N 株式会社クラレ製)98.56部、2,2−ジメチロールプロピオン酸27.89部、トルエン100部を仕込み、100℃まで徐々に昇温し4時間反応を行った。滴定でイソシアネート基残量を確認した後、40℃まで冷却し、酢酸エチル100部を加えた後、エチレンジアミン30部を1時間で滴下し、更に1時間反応を行い、ポリウレタンポリオールを得た。得られたポリウレタンポリオールの重量平均分子量(Mw)は132,000、酸価は30.0mgKOH/gであった。
メチルアクリレート8質量部、n−ブチルアクリレート75質量部、2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート8質量部、2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート5質量部、及びアクリルアミド4質量部からなる構成モノマーを、重量平均分子量(Mw)が1,100,000となるよう重合して、メタクリル系ポリマーを得た。
接合剤となる樹脂原料として、前記のとおり調製されたポリウレタンポリオール100質量部および硬化剤としてイソホロンジイソシアネート25質量部を配合した。さらに表1記載の液体香料A〜Dを表1記載の量となるように配合して、樹脂原料と液体香料との混合液を得た。得られた混合液を、芳香機能性接合層の加熱後の厚みが20μmとなるように、厚み12μmのポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂シート上にアプリケーターを用いて塗工し、40〜100℃に設定したオーブン中で60〜120秒かけて緩やかな温度勾配で昇降温するように加熱して溶媒を除去し、芳香機能性接合層を形成した。形成された芳香機能性接合層の表面に、厚み25μmの無延伸ポリプロピレン樹脂シートをニップローラーで貼り合せて、芳香シートを調製した。得られた芳香シートの養生条件は、23℃、50%RHで14日間とした。
接合剤となる樹脂原料として、ポリウレタンポリオール100質量部に代えて前記のとおり調製されたメタクリル系ポリマー100質量部を配合し、イソホロンジイソシアネート25質量部に代えてキシリレンジイソシアネート0.4質量部を配合し、養生条件を7日間とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして芳香シートを調製した。
各実施例、比較例、参考例の芳香シートにおいて所望の香りが得られているかについて、年齢が10代から50代までの各年代の男女各5人の計50人の被験者が三点比較式臭袋法による臭気判定を行い、その判定結果を以下のように評価した。その結果を表1に示す。
◎:50人中、48〜50人全員が正しく判定できる。
○:50人中、43〜47人が正しく判定できる。
△:50人中、40〜42人が正しく判定できる。
×:50人中、正しく判定できる人数が39人以下。
各実施例、比較例、参考例の芳香シートについて、10cm×10cmのサイズに裁断した後、60℃95%RH環境下に24時間静置した後取り出し、ウェザーメーター(照射条件:フレーム側キセノン照射、照度:70W/m2、温度・湿度条件:B.P.T;65℃・50%)で24時間照射後に、前記芳香性の試験を行い、香りの識別性を確認することにより、香りの持続性を以下のように評価した。結果を表1に示す。
◎:50人中、48〜50人全員が正しく判定できる。
○:50人中、43〜47人が正しく判定できる。
△:50人中、40〜42人が正しく判定できる。
×:50人中、正しく判定できる人数が39人以下。
各実施例、比較例、参考例の芳香シートについて、23℃50%RH環境下で断裁機(コクヨ製:型番DN−61N)を用いて裁断し、裁断から24時間後に、芳香シートの裁断面をガラス板にこすり付けて、ガラス面の汚れを目視で判断し以下のように評価した。芳香シート端部からのはみ出しの結果を表2に示す。
◎:ガラス面に汚れが生じない。
○:ガラス面に僅かに汚れが見られる程度で使用に支障が無い。
△:ガラス面に汚れが付着するが、使用できる。
×:ガラス面に顕著に汚れが付着し、使用できない。
香料A:バラの香りサンプル/アルコール成分15質量%
香料B:バラの香りサンプル/アルコール成分30質量%
香料C:バラの香りサンプル/アルコール成分50質量%
香料D:バラの香りサンプル/アルコール成分60質量%

Claims (4)
- 厚さ方向に積層された同一のまたは異なる2以上の基材シートと、前記基材シートのシート間に設けられた少なくとも1の芳香機能性接合層とを備え、前記芳香機能性接合層は、接合剤および液体香料を含み、前記接合剤が、ポリウレタン樹脂または(メタ)アクリル樹脂を含み、前記接合剤100質量部に対する前記液体香料の含有量が20〜100質量部であり、前記液体香料中のアルコール成分の含有量が10〜55質量%であり、前記接合剤100質量部に対する前記液体香料中のアルコール成分の含有量が9〜18質量部である、芳香シート。
- 前記ポリウレタン樹脂が、ポリウレタン樹脂原料と多官能イソシアネートを含有する硬化剤との架橋体であり、前記液体香料中のアルコール成分の含有量が、前記硬化剤100質量部に対して15〜80質量部である、請求項1記載の芳香シート。
- 前記(メタ)アクリル樹脂が、(メタ)アクリル樹脂原料にイソシアネート系の硬化剤との架橋体であり、前記液体香料中のアルコール成分の含有量が、前記硬化剤100質量部に対して40〜5,000質量部である、請求項1記載の芳香シート。
- 請求項1〜3いずれか記載の芳香シートを備える、物品。
