Claims (5)
- 研削盤のベッドから排出された研削液を受け入れる受入タンクを備え、前記研削盤のベッドと前記受入タンクとを接続する接続トラフを通して前記研削盤のベッドから排出されて前記受入タンクに還流された研削液を浄化して前記研削盤へ再供給する研削盤用研削液濾過装置であって、
前記受入タンクにおける前記接続トラフの一端部が接続される受入口は、前記受入タンクの液面よりも低い下辺および前記受入タンクの液面よりも高い上辺を有し、
前記ベッドにおける前記接続トラフの他端部が接続される排出口は、前記受入タンクの液面よりも低い下辺および前記受入タンクの液面よりも高い上辺を有し、
前記接続トラフには、前記接続トラフの底壁に沿って研削液を噴射するフラッシングノズルが設けられている
ことを特徴とする研削盤用研削液濾過装置。 - 前記接続トラフにおける前記他端部の底壁には、垂直壁部と前記垂直壁部の上端から前記排出口へ向かって曲げられた水平壁部とから構成された段部が形成され、
前記垂直壁部には、前記受入タンク側に向かって研削液を噴射する前記フラッシングノズルが設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1の研削盤用研削液濾過装置。 - 前記排出口の下辺は前記受入口の下辺よりも高く、前記段部と同じ高さである
ことを特徴とする請求項2の研削盤用研削液濾過装置。 - 前記接続トラフの底壁のうち前記段部よりも前記受入口側の部分は、前記受入口の下辺と同じ高さであって水平である
ことを特徴とする請求項3の研削盤用研削液濾過装置。 - 前記接続トラフの底壁のうち前記段部よりも前記排出口側の部分は、前記排出口の下辺と同じ高さであって水平である
ことを特徴とする請求項3または4の研削盤用研削液濾過装置。
