-測定値を集めてデジタル信号に変換し、これをプロセッサにより処理するために圧力センサ32に接続されるアナログ入力モジュール62、
-(変換後の)圧力センサ32からのデータを保存するためにプロセッサに接続されるメモリ64、
-ノズル30に供給される流体の流量を変化させるために開閉を調整するように、アクチュエータR1、R2、R3、R4を介して電磁弁EV1、EV2、EV3、EV4を制御し、また、伸長ロッド28の軸方向移動制御装置を制御する、プロセッサ60の制御下にあるアナログ出力モジュール66、

Claims (12)
- 金型(26)を含む装置(1)におけるプラスチック材料からなるプリフォーム(2)の延伸ブロー成形による容器の製造方法を制御する制御方法において、プリフォーム(2)が、本体(3)と、本体(3)の一端で開口する首部(4)と、本体(3)を本体(3)の他端で閉鎖する底部(5)とを含み、前記製造方法は、
‐プリフォームを熱調整炉(10)内であらかじめ決められた温度に加熱し、
‐プリフォーム(2)を金型(26)内に挿入し、
‐伸長ロッド(28)を移動させてプリフォーム(2)を延伸することからなる操作を含む製造方法であって、
前記制御方法は、ブロー方法が金型内で実施されるたびに、伸長ロッド(28)のインパクト位置(P0r)、すなわち伸長ロッドがプリフォーム(2)の底部(5)に到達する瞬間における伸長ロッドの位置を、伸長ロッド(28)をプリフォーム(2)の底部(5)に向かって移動させている間に決定することからなるステップを含んでいることを特徴とする、制御方法。 - 伸長ロッド(28)のインパクト位置(P0r)の決定は、伸長ロッド(28)の駆動トルクの増加を検出することにより実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 伸長ロッド(28)の駆動は、電気モータ(72)を用いて実施され、伸長ロッド(28)のインパクト位置(P0r)の決定は、プリフォーム(2)の底部(5)との接触により伸長ロッド(28)が受ける駆動抵抗を表す、電気モータ(72)の駆動電流増加の瞬間を検知することにより実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 伸長ロッド(28)のインパクト位置(P0r)と、装置(1)のパラメータ設定時にあらかじめ決められた標準インパクト位置(Pe)との差が計算され、計算された差が、あらかじめ決められた許容値を超えない場合のみ、ブロー成形プロセスの開始命令が出されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 伸長ロッド(28)がインパクト位置(P0r)に到達したときに、ブロー成形プロセスの開始命令が出されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 伸長ロッド(28)がインパクト位置(P0r)に到達して、プリフォーム(2)の延伸が開始された後、ブロー成形プロセスの開始命令が出されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。

- 伸長ロッド(28)のインパクト位置(P0r)と標準インパクト位置(Pe)との差が計算され、前記差の値があらかじめ決められた許容値を超えたとき、金型(26)が再び開口された後でプリフォーム(2)が排出されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 伸長ロッド(28)のインパクト位置(P0r)と標準インパクト位置(Pe)との差が計算され、前記差が繰り返し生じるかどうか検証し、繰り返し生じることが確認された場合には、装置の少なくとも1つのパラメータが修正されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 伸長ロッド(28)の標準インパクト位置(Pe)は、射出装置から出てきた低温プリフォーム(2)で得られるような理論上のインパクト位置(P0th)であることを特徴とする、請求項4から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 伸長ロッド(28)の標準インパクト位置(Pe)は、生産時に実施される諸条件に基づき再加熱を受けた、したがって収縮された、複数のプリフォーム(2)のサンプルをもとに装置(1)のパラメータ設定時に計算された実際の平均的なインパクト位置であることを特徴とする、請求項4から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 伸長ロッド(28)を内部でスライド式に駆動可能な少なくとも1つの金型(26)を含む、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実施するためのプリフォーム(2)からの容器製造装置(1)であって、伸長ロッド(28)の駆動手段(72)は、伸長ロッド(28)がプリフォーム(2)の底部と接触するときに伸長ロッド(28)のインパクト位置(P0r)の検知手段(71)と関連付けられることを特徴とする、装置。
